McDonald's in Arlington

“I visited tonight at 8 PM and was helped by what seemed to be a new worker i havnt seen him at this location before in the drive through. I didn’t get his name but he was a big friendly guy with curly hair. He was super nice , made sure my order was correct and confirmed. He had the biggest smile and was super polite. Great service, i’m a service manager at a restaurant myself and was very pleased with his service! Great work !“

“This McDonald’s location on Randol Mill is a solid go-to when you need a fast bite. The staff are friendly, service is efficient, and the location is easy to access. The dining area is clean, and drive-thru works well even during busier hours.“

“This location is right down the street from UTA. So it's almost like a campus, fast food Mcdonald's. It has a cool vibe atmosphere. The night that we visited, it was very busy. Most of the tables were in use. We had just attended an event at UTA. The food was very hot and fresh, tasted great. The service was okay. It took us five minutes to wait for someone to come to the front counter to order. Only one digital kiosk was working, and there was three people standing in line waiting for it. Not sure whatever happened to customer service and ordering at the front counter? Especially when there's two cash registers upfront.
When the girl did come to take our order, she was rude.Maybe it was because she was busy retired or just didn't want to mess with us. Anyway, there's only a fourteen dollar order short and sweet. But it felt like we were annoying her.
Being that word from out of town, if we're back in this area, we may or may not come back to this McDonald's.“

“Dined in with our service group. I had to get help with my app amd the kiosk to make my order. 😅 We got there for a bite of lunch, but I ended up spending right at $25 for hubs and I. My apple pie was hard, chewy and seemed a bit stale. He said his spicy chicken sandwich seemed smaller than usual. 🤔 It was still a beautiful day.“

“Grabbed a quick bite at McDonald’s tonight and it hit the spot. Fries were hot, burger fresh, and the soda machine worked perfectly (small victories!). The crew was friendly and kept things moving even during the dinner rush. I noticed they’ve switched to more digital ordering screens — super convenient. Not a fancy experience, but solid for a late-night craving. I’d call it an easy 8/10.“

“This McDonald’s was top notch. Stephanie & Joselyn were very attentive to every customer who came in and exemplified great customer service. I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with fries- my quarter pounder came out EXACTLY how I wanted it to be- no pickles no mustard and no ketchup- my order was fulfilled perfectly with no errors and the fries were just delightful! The fries had just been made fresh which was an added bonus. There was a lady who came up & started to get an attitude with them and complain, they still exemplified great customer service back towards her and I honestly was very impressed with both of these young women. I’m sure it isn’t easy to work in food with all the alarms going off and everything moving so fast paced but these ladies had everything handled to the nines. I wish there were more people to spread positive reviews beside spewing negativity and complaining like that lady was doing.“

“The workers are very nice and ALWAYS welcoming. Never been to a McDs where the staff made you feel like you were at home. No matter what time of day they are very welcoming. Great job!!

Update:8/13/25 Today this worker was actually scrubbing under the tables and making sure that each table was clean from under it to the top. I am not sure if the same towel was used for top to bottom. I do know that she was doing more than just wiping the top of the table. She did a great job. She was very friendly. Very big smile when speaking to me. I really appreciate the workers in here. No matter what time of the day. Even the young workers in the evenings are nice. I have never really left this good ofna rating at a McDs they all need to be recognized. Way to go ladies and gents!“

“Fast, friendly, and consistently clean. This McDonald’s location really stands out. The drive-thru is quick and the staff always greets you with a smile. Inside, it’s spotless every time I visit, which says a lot about their standards. If you're craving McDonald’s, this spot is dependable and well-managed. Definitely one of the better locations in the area.“

“Bought a kid's meal and they left out the apple slices and put about 4 fries in the box. My granddaughter is a healthy eater and this was upsetting bc we were passing through. I called and my name was put on the list to return and have my order replaced, so that was positive ☺️“

“We’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for many years and the service has been disappointing since they required all orders to be mobile or kiosk and removed the self serve soda machines. It sometimes takes up to 5 minutes just to get someone’s attention to get a refill. My order was ready, but it was not at the mobile order pick up station, it was behind it where I could see it be not reach it. It took several minutes to get a workers attention to give me my meal. I miss the great friendly service that was offered here before the changes. It would be great if there was a dedicated staff member to keep an eye on the front.
That being said, the restaurant is still clean and well maintained and my orders are always accurate and good.“

“I come to this McDonald's regularly and it is pretty busy in the morning, but they always seem to get the food out Very quickly, it's always hot.The staff is very helpful and polite. And I wanted to highlight Jennifer one of the managers, that is usually working when I come in the morning. She really has.It makes a point to take care of the customer, i had an issue where I ordered the wrong thing. It was completely on me and she ended up making it right even though it wasn't on her to do so, this to me, this is a perfect example of what good customer service is, and the fact that came from a manager will set an example for other employees to follow. I would recommend this McDonald's to everyone. Thank you so much Jennifer for being a shining example of a wonderful human and an amazing customi service representative and manager. And whoever is in charge, needs to give her a promotion, J.S.“

“I had had surgery, and the only thing my poor stomach wanted was a mcdonald's cheeseburger! I was at the drs for a check on the surgery. On my way home, I got my driver to stop at the closest McDonald's to the Drs office!! Oh my stomach was SO happy!!!“
