“I stopped by this McDonald’s and ordered the Filet-O-Fish with fries and a Caramel Frappe. Everything was fresh and tasty! The fish was crispy, the fries were golden and hot, and the frappe had the perfect sweet flavor. Fast service and a clean place—I’ll definitely be back!“

“This place is incredible. One day we arrived by mistake looking for a store, I got lost and we went to eat with my daughter. She loved the games for more than a month. We have been there every weekend ?and personally it is the first Macdonald where people are friendly, very friendly cashiers, I hope they don't change, you feel a very pleasant vibe in this quiet, relaxed, very nice place, I recommend it 100%????“

“This McDonalds has improved considerably since COVID, it was a disaster before but now very efficient. I wish they would control the lanes better up to the menu. People block the back exit going to lane 2 often, not MCD fault just dumb customers. They need to put up some dividers to prevent this and people from cutting in line.“

“I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s location for years, and I’ve noticed a positive change with the recent diversification of the staff. While it was previously staffed only by Latinos (who always provided great service), the new mix of employees ( Latinos & Blacks) has brought a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining efficiency. The service remains fast, the restaurant is clean, and the team works well together. It’s refreshing to see a workplace embracing diversity without losing the qualities that made it reliable in the first place. Keep up the great work!“

“It's McDonald's.... you kinda get what's expected. Their fries don't necessarily stay warm. It's almost like you have to hurry and stuff the whole carton of fries in your mouth within the first 2 minutes of getting them. Otherwise, they'll be cold. My quarter pounder had the right amount of seasoning on the patty, and they didn't douse it in mustard and ketchup like most places do. I also ask for dehydrated onions instead of the sliver onions. Normally, other locations will either over do it or not hardly put any on the burger. This location gave just the right amount. The only complaint I had about our food other than the fries not ever staying warm, it's my grandson's spicy chicken sandwich. It hardly had mayo and lettuce on it. I get it's a cheaper menu item, but they still should've put the proper amount of ingredients on it. He basically was eating a chicken patty with a bun.

The store seemed clean from what I could see. I didn't use the restroom while I was there, so I can't speak on that. It was a bit noisy in there, but they had quite a few people in the dining room at the time.

The customer service was great. Unfortunately, that's a rarity these days, too. I ordered with an employee instead of the kiosk bc they do not have the substitute for the dehydrated onions on it. The employee who took my order didn't act annoyed or treat me like I was bothering her (like a lot fast food restaurants tend to do). Then my grandson went up to the counter and asked for a to go bag, but we needed 2. So, he had to go back. Both times, it was a young Hispanic girl who helped him, and she treated him with respect and kindness. It's easy to overlook the kids, but she was prompt in helping him. I appreciated that as well.“

“Bought a kid's meal and they left out the apple slices and put about 4 fries in the box. My granddaughter is a healthy eater and this was upsetting bc we were passing through. I called and my name was put on the list to return and have my order replaced, so that was positive ☺️“

“Have gone to this location repeatedly for food over the past year or so. Staff no matter what time of day is always great, food comes out hot even during non-rush hours, and fast during them. We have never had a bad experience at this location (i.e. missing food, wrong food, missing sauce or even missing napkins) and are so happy they are close to home. Beats chick-fil-a style service any day or time of the week. Out of all the mcdonalds in the dfw area this is by far the best.“

“Fast, friendly, and consistently clean. This McDonald’s location really stands out. The drive-thru is quick and the staff always greets you with a smile. Inside, it’s spotless every time I visit, which says a lot about their standards. If you're craving McDonald’s, this spot is dependable and well-managed. Definitely one of the better locations in the area.“

“I've visited this place so many damn times that it's really hard to forget about this place. I've grown from eating chicken nuggets to eating quarter pounders, which shows that I am growing up. The fries are their guaranteed signature, so if you complain the fries are too soggy then you're leaving them out for too long. Their ice cream machine also works more than usual, which is surprising to me. However, the burgers don't hold up as much and tend to fall apart. And the light in the restroom is overdue for fixing. Overall, I recommend going to this place!“

“I had had surgery, and the only thing my poor stomach wanted was a mcdonald's cheeseburger! I was at the drs for a check on the surgery. On my way home, I got my driver to stop at the closest McDonald's to the Drs office!! Oh my stomach was SO happy!!!“

“I come to this McDonald's regularly and it is pretty busy in the morning, but they always seem to get the food out Very quickly, it's always hot.The staff is very helpful and polite. And I wanted to highlight Jennifer one of the managers, that is usually working when I come in the morning. She really has.It makes a point to take care of the customer, i had an issue where I ordered the wrong thing. It was completely on me and she ended up making it right even though it wasn't on her to do so, this to me, this is a perfect example of what good customer service is, and the fact that came from a manager will set an example for other employees to follow. I would recommend this McDonald's to everyone. Thank you so much Jennifer for being a shining example of a wonderful human and an amazing customi service representative and manager. A Hidden Gem in Fast Food!
I recently visited McDonald's #5821, and I have to say, I was blown away! From the moment I was asked for my order from the drive through, the service was friendly and efficient, making it easy to see why this spot is a local favorite for the MORNINGS. I went with a a meal and a special request order. It was absolutely delicious!

While the food was good, but the atmosphere from the window staff were welcoming, and I didn't have to wait long for my order. I was truly impressed by the experience. From the moment I pulled up to the drive-thru window, the staff made it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. They were efficient, attentive, and made sure I got everything I needed with a smile — I could tell they take pride in their work!

It’s rare to find a fast food place that excels in customer care, but this MORNING CREW nailed it. The quick, friendly service, combined with amazing food, made this visit one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Huge kudos to the window staff for going above and beyond. I’ll definitely be back for more!“
