8 Best Buffets in Austin

“Every dish they offer is tasty and beyond amazing. Best food I have had in a long time.“

“Todo riquísimo y buen atendido muy buen servicios“

“We love going to the Golden Corral but our gift cards that we purchased will not scan so we cannot use them to pay for our meals. We have big cards >$90 but what to do?????“

“Very good quality considering it is university dining hall food. They have good consistency with their quality and offer a wide variety of meals everyday. They always have several nutritionally sound options such as baked chicken, legumes, fish, etc. while also always serving comfort food like pizza, pasta, etc. at all times. Staff works very hard to keep everyone fed and the place clean but many students do not clean up after themselves. So many seating areas can be full of crumbs/spills not at the fault of the staff. They do rounds to wipe tables about once an hour or as soon as possible but not too many people work here. Can get quite loud or very packed, especially around noon and 5-6. No restrooms inside so you’ll have to exit to use the bathroom. If you’re paying to eat (no dining pass) be sure to use the bathroom before you go in so you don’t have to pay twice.“

“The food variety is really good. You can go from salads to BBQ, Oriental to pasta and chicken fried steaks in one single place. And the price is amazing! Where can you get a good and tender chicken fried steak with two large sides and a roll for under 5 bucks?!“

“My favorite dining hall on campus. The staff is friendly, and the food is pretty good, especially for a dining hall. I enjoy the outdoor patio seating. If you don't have the unlimited resident meal plan, I'd recommend checking the menu online before you go.“

“I love the food top to bottom. Even the fries were so delicious. They have basically covered all the cuisines with their beef fried rice ans Swedish meatballs standing out the most. Combining with pizza, pasta, salad bar, and soup, everyone can find something they love here. Not to mention the ice cream machines and wild variety of juices. For $12 and this such high quality of dining and selection, this place is definitely a gem within downtown Austin.“

“exelente servicio, limpieza y variedad.“
