“Chicken was cooked to perfection! I ordered the half a chicken, which was too much on one. I ate the white meat, and it was moist, flavorful and seasoned. I had the dark meat portion, which reheats well, on my second day. The potatoes drizzled with the chicken dripping was delicious. So you know, fat doesn’t cause weight again, so enjoy. I don’t care. It tastes good on potatoes! 😆“

Pomme Daulphine

“Wasn’t this a magical find! A delightful little grocer you’d normally find in the footprint of a downtown condo. It also contains a French bistro that offers a menu to satisfy all. We took the internet’s advice and started with a Pomme Dauphine- delicious! While savoring them slowly I was really speculating how to recreate at home. The internet tells me to just return here and order them again. The amount of time and effort makes them worth every penny. And the roe is a bonus. We also ordered Chicken Paillard. The sauce was like a creamy hug but the capers a nice surprise. The greens and veg made you feel like you made good choices but the taste was pure yum. Husband got the French onion soup and carrots. Our waitress delivered the soup with an extra spoon and a wink. I have NEVER had a broth so delicious and velvety. His carrots were also made perfectly. We were surprised with the topping of nuts but he loved it. The dish was made for him. We’d like to try other items next time but it’ll be hard not to simply repeat order.“
