Some of the best food I’ve tasted. Those oysters are mind blowing!
Great staff.
Can not recommend this place enough the service here is beyond comparison the Michelin Star here is well deserved this is a high line, premium experience.
By far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The food is magnificent, atmosphere is perfect for fine dining and intimate dinner! My husband brought me here for my birthday Jan 6th and I’m still thanking him. Chef Erik Trotman took care of us and the servers were on point and very attentive. Go check them out for yourself, you definitely will love it!! I

Hestia offers exceptional dishes, including standout scallops, halibut, and sourdough ice cream. Entrees like pork chop, chicken, and beef tartare are highly praised, and the Wagyu beef is noted for being very tender. Guests can enjoy sitting on a lush back patio with friendly service and perfectly cooked seafood. The halibut is especially recommended, and the scallops are described as melt-in-your-mouth delicious with a beef tallow reduction. The food is smart and innovative, with unique flavors that make the dining memorable. Guests can also enjoy great drinks and wine, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. The chef's tasting menu remains a highlight, lasting a couple of hours, but courses are well-timed for a smooth experience. The restaurant is a favorite spot for any occasion, whether for date night, friends, or celebrations. Hestia is a must-visit for excellent cuisine and a memorable dining atmosphere, making it one of the top restaurants in Austin, Texas. The food is delivered with thoughtful service, and the dishes are delicate and delicious. The friendly staff creates a welcoming environment, and the food is done in a way that feels natural without resorting to molecular tricks. The mocktails are also highly praised, adding to the enjoyable experience. Hestia's cuisine is creative yet mindful, and the service remains attentive and informative. Though it is on the higher end of the price spectrum, many find the quality worth the cost, especially for those accustomed to Michelin-rated restaurants.
