“I’ve came to this IHop many times before with friends after hanging out late at night. I love that it’s open 24/7. I’ve had Maira as my waitress several times before, she is extremely sweet, friendly, considerate, and hard working. She takes note of things we need and works diligently on every detail. Amazing service !!!“
“Service was not the greatest no fault to the staff they aint the managers. However allowing door dash orders, curbside orders, and dine in and only having one cook, is outrageous. The waitress explained the situation and I sympathize, but you need to do better.“
“I went in today and saw ms.elaine ,again she was so kind and fast paced with greeting and welcoming me and my friends. We were sat pretty fast and the food was great I had the appetizer sampler witch was crispy and hot so definitely recommend more folks to come in and enjoy thanks again Ms elaine.“

“Alejandra, was very accommodating during our breakfast here at I-hop, we didn’t even have to ask her for anything, very well timed service and brought exactly what we needed before we had to ask. Would come back because of her 🙏🙏 so far so good, this IHop is very much turning itself around. From bad service and bad food a few years ago, now better quality food and better service“
“We had a wonderful experience at the IHOP located at 13201 Ranch Rd 620 N. Our server, Brianna, was absolutely amazing—she had a great smile, was very welcoming, and gave us excellent information when we were ordering. She constantly checked in on us, kept our coffee filled, and remained professional the entire time.
We also really appreciated how management came by to check on our food and make sure we were doing alright. That extra level of care truly stood out. Great service all around—we’ll definitely be back!“
“Great experience every time! Juan always provides warm, friendly, and excellent service. We usually order the white egg omelet and French toast which is good, but what truly keeps us coming back is his outstanding attention and care.
