“We had a wonderful experience at IHOP! The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. Our server, Gloria, made our visit even better with her friendly attitude, attentiveness, and excellent customer service. She checked on us throughout our meal, made sure we had everything we needed, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Thank you, Gloria, for making our breakfast so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Ana was absolutely amazing. From the moment she came to the table she exhibited a very friendly and helpful attitude. She frequently checked in to make sure we were doing okay. One of the best examples of customer service I’ve had from an ihop in a long time.
I ordered the French toast combo with double hashbrowns. The French toast was cooked perfectly. Hashbrowns weren’t too crunchy or too soft. Bacon and sausage cooked to perfection.“

I was there on a Wednesday between 9-10 am. Place was not packed but had steady business. So be sure to allow time in case you have to wait for a table.

This location is not very close to where I live. However if I have to plan a trip to IHOP with more than just my husband & I this location will be the one we go to going forward. The extra distance is worth the calm, beight non bar atmosphere.“

“My son and I went to IHOP at this location on Christmas day. We got seated immediately with surprise me because there was some people there before us. Our server was great a lot of energy for someone who was working on her 12th hour. I had had a big breakfast so I didn't think I was going to be that hungry my son came over around 2 in the afternoon I was going to order light which is two pancakes two of everything and I was surprised I ate it all the food which was great, my son had his sampler his favorite.... the atmosphere was great very festive lots of families there and the staff was very courteous full of the Christmas spirit it makes you really feel welcome there. I think the servers and food preparers does a lot of credit for working on a holiday like that especially Christmas. As we were leaving we were all wished a very merry Christmas I couldn't be more impressed especially at this location I had never been there before and it was very close to where I live. I just want to thank all the people who work there who sacrificed a part of their day to make their customers happy with a great meal...“

“This is our go to IHOP location. In this particular visit we had speedy service to be seated, it wasn't too busy for the July 3rd Friday morning. We were waited by John who was attentive and prompt to our needs. Food was delicious as always. Historically, this location had struggled with long wait times and being short staffed. This was not the experience today.“

“The manager Jessica greet it us when we walked in we felt very welcomed and were seated immediately, ms Melina took our order and was very professional the food was delicious and what can I say about the service it was great I had a great breakfast and excellent service thank you for making my experience above and beyond“

“On Easter Saturday, my family and I sat down at Lupe section and he took care of us very well. He kept checking in on us every 5 minutes, food came at a good time, and service was amazing. Definitely recommend his section if you want a good laugh.“

“It was my first trip to San Antonio. We chose IHOP over Dennys. It was a good choice. My granddaughter got a steak omelet with bacon and it was huge. She has a big appetite and could only get through half of it. The waffles were delicious and the salad with crispy chicken was refreshing. The staff was very friendly.“

“Was good as always but service was definitely lacking this visit. If it hadn't been for hostess seating another table after 10 minutes of my being seated, I'd still be waiting. Then the server took care of the people just seated first.

“I came in today and I was exceptionally taken care of. The hostess was so nice and they were prompt to seat me. Our waitress was fast and courteous and got our entire order correct. The food came out of the kitchen hot and quick and it was so delicious. We cannot wait to come back. We had exceptional service at this location.“
