“I'm from philly and I was in town visiting family and we heard all the great things about this place. We are so happy we stopped by for the full experience. Pizza pasta and wine was all perfect. Service and atmosphere was unique and top tier“

“Family friends and our family have eaten at Gusto two times in the last month and a half. Everything was terrific. First visit we had the fritto misto (3 orders) and everyone got a different entree. From the meatballs to lasagna to branzino to pizza. And everyone was happy! Followed by a little dessert (tiramisu and panna cotta) and espresso martinis, one with Baileys added. Second visit almost more of the same. Delicious! And it is so lovely that they take reservations.

The wait staff was super attentive both times. Shout out to Conner, though I forgot our main waiter's name on the second visit.

“Casa Bianca is one of the most stunning restaurants I’ve ever visited. It’s an ideal spot for a romantic date or a fun gathering with friends. The happy hour is fantastic, both in the main restaurant and at the rooftop bar, Alcina. I highly recommend trying the Surfer Rosa frozen cocktail, which is exclusively available upstairs.

Each dish seemed to have so much care and thought put into it by the chefs, with meticulous attention to detail!“

“We stopped by Uncle Nicky’s during their special $2 ice cream day (normally $7), so most people were just popping in for a quick soft serve. But we were actually hungry, so we decided to sit down and try some food while we were there.
It was around 9 PM, and the place was almost empty. The service was pretty slow. When we walked in, the person at the counter seemed to be wrapping up for the night and chatting with a coworker. We had to awkwardly wait for that to finish before we could order. After that, it looked like just one employee was handling everything—taking orders, running food, and keeping things moving. Not ideal, but we tried to keep expectations low.
We ordered the Pepperoni Piadina, which is basically like a warm, cheesy pizza pocket with marinara on the side. Nothing fancy, but honestly, it totally hit the spot. Super cheesy, stuffed with pepperoni, and just comforting in the best way. Even if it was microwaved (some reviews mention that), we didn’t care—it tasted good and was exactly what we wanted in that moment.
We also got the meatballs, which were a solid choice. The sauce was a little more liquidy than I expected, but it had good flavor—kind of creamy with a bit of tang. The toasted sourdough it came with wasn’t anything special on its own, but it was perfect for soaking up the sauce.
To feel like I was being slightly healthy, I ordered a Caesar salad. It was exactly what you’d expect—nothing new or exciting—but the portion was big, and I was actually happy to be full of lettuce.
Of course, we had to try the ice cream, since it was the main event. (we happened to order the last 2 cups of the day) I added the espresso syrup for $1 more, which tasted like it might’ve been house-made. It was rich and had a strong coffee flavor, which I liked. At the promo price, it was great. But at the regular $7 + $1 syrup price? Not sure I’d go out of my way for it. The portion is pretty small—think mini McFlurry size.
Overall, we left pleasantly surprised. The food was better than we expected. I’d be down to come back and try more—especially when I’m in the mood for something casual and comforting.“

Decided to speak to the manager, just to provide some feedback. We reiterated that we did not want a discount or anything, just a different server. The manager, Amby, is absolutely amazing. “Tried for first time here in Buda from friends recommendation. It was busy Saturday night but got our appetizers in less than 10 minutes! Garlic knots were good, also got the fried zucchini yum and the sauce was great. 12 or more draft beers and sample offered Nice! We got the carnivore and margarita, liked the crust- margarita needed a little more flavor but still was good. Lots of staff keeping it clean and asking if anything else needed!
