“Right in the food court of HMart sits the most amazing restaurant! Every single time I come here it’s a hit. Food is always consistent and the service is superb. It’s a fun and electric environment with friendly people and great energy! My go to is the Stir fried Spicy Seafood Udon! 10/10!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Delicious food, attentive staff, and cool decor. We always have a blast and a delicious meal when we go to Honey Pig. If you don’t know what to order, my recommendation is to pick a combo. The severs will cook it for you. They always give our toddler balloons weighted down with chopsticks to keep her entertained while we eat. Sometimes there’s a wait, but they will text you when your table is ready, so you can go browse H-Mart while you’re waiting. Highly recommended!!“

“One of the few places that open late in austin. They also have a karaoke room too. You order through their QR code and pay online. My favorite dish from them is the spicy seafood hot pot. We asked to switch the udon noodle for ramen. It was really yummy but they took a while making it. I also tried their fried chicken. They cook it really well, but their cheese flavoring need more powder on it. It tasted like normal fried chicken. Their dumpling and la galbi were decent. The corn cheese wasn’t the best. I didn’t like their rice cake and sausage skewer. The sauce tasted too much like ketchup.“

“Best food in town! Excellent service if you tell me. Rice cake, Kimchee pancake, and corn cheese is something I suggest as a starter. Main dish, i would suggest fried chicken sweet-n-mild, squid stir-fried, and bu Dae jeans gol (military soup). Try this place you won't regret!“

“Flavor is on point, staff are friendly and service is fast.
It’s on a pricier range compared to other Korean chicken places. I had to pay for rice on the side.
Parking: The area gets packed, parking could be tricky.“

“They're out of stock of eggs and my order was the bimbimbap which supposedly has an egg on it. However, the two ladies that served me put extra avocado and the peach basil lemonade drink that I ordered was for free as a replacement! such a nice gesture :) they're so polite too :)“

“If you want an amazing place to get some korean food and be served by the most friendly staff, go to SOHA. Great drinks, amazing food, best spot in Austin to hang out and drink and eat.“

“I love Chi'Lantro, but I hate that they put the hot food on plastic bags. The micro-plastics get into the food when heated, you can taste it and it leaves one feeling weird. Plus, no cash? What the heck is that about, the pandemic is over. Look, stop putting heated food on thin plastic and I'll become a frequent customer again. Thanks!“

“First time trying chi’lantro, heard about it from family. Omar and yani were really nice and helpful. And I must say I was NOT disappointed. Anytime I come to Austin Tx I’m going to come here to eat. Me and my family are from out of town and would love for one to open up in our region.“

“Korean review: really inexpensive and one of the only places in South Austin to get your Korean food fix. I know other reviews had some service problems but experienced NONE of that. Greeted immediately when walking in, we picked our seats and had multiple staff during our hour and a half stay check up on us even with a crowd of others arriving after us. We got the Kimbap appetizer split it for two (was delicious didn't need anything else like a sauce - perfect on it's own!). I got the beef bulgogi and my friend got the Rock Bibimbap with spicy pork (like regular Bibimbap but in a hot pot!). YALL LEMME TELL YOU THIS WAS SO GOOD. I was having an emotional experience with these flavors. Banchan selection was good too. Got 6 of them and one of them kimchi. I'll be back for take out and eventually try out the Japanese and Sushi portion of the menu.“

“Cute vibes, and a different take on Korean food.
Food: we had the fried chicken, seasonal salad, and the wagyu. When looking around.. sooo many people had the fried chicken and our server told us they were known for their fried chicken and wagyu steak- which is why we got both. The fried chicken was a bit of a letdown for me. It was dry, wasn’t that crispy, and the flavor wasn’t out of this world- just tasted like toasted seaweed because of the nori flakes. Idk… just didn’t get the hype for $36 for a very small half bird. The wagyu was good tho, if not a bit sweet. Think bulgogi sauce marinaded. They had a great dipping sauce, but the meat wasn’t particularly tender and I wasn’t even asked what temperature I like my steak. It came out med rare. The kimchi that accompanied it was a cantaloupe kimchi.. which was ok, not my fav. The side pear salad tho was delicious, but still.. $18 for a side of pears and cucumbers.
Atmosphere was good. Very vibey and cute.
There’s a parking garage connected and they validate parking.“

“Paik’s jajangmyeon is our comfort food. And it being located right in HMart food court makes it even easier. My go to is jajangmyeon with meat and that one dish alone deserves my 5 star. I tried their fried rice but didn’t enjoy it as much.“

“Just like everyone else I was shocked! I tried the Beef Bulgogi Box with extra Banchans (sides) and it was amazing. I requested for no spicy if possible (hard to do) and they did it! The food reminds me of New York Korean food. It’s really filling and nutritional, I cannot wait to have an excuse to order again.
I will say they give a generous amount of sides so if you really like rice like me, get an extra side of rice instead.“
“Reasonable prices and the cutest family run place!! My husband and I have tried the stir fried fish cakes, pickled and seasoned garlic stem, and seasoned radish and everything was prepared and seasoned to perfection. Will definitely come back!“

“Great food & great service! Lots of options for both protiens and veggies. Not to mention, the magic sauce is delicious. My go-to is a K-Pop chicken bowl with noodles+rice, veggies, & avocado. But it's hard to go wrong at Chi'lantro regardless of what you pick. Plus the staff is always friendly and accommodating, Thanks so much! 🍲🙏“

“This is specifically a to go place, the order was neatly prepared in compostable bowls which I really liked. There were plenty of vegetarian options to pick from. We got the tofu bowl and avocado impossible bulgogi which were both very good. I substituted the rice with sweet potato noodles which I really liked. A quick note that creamy sesame sauce is sweet.“

“I've been wanting to try this place out. The pics look so appetizing! I enjoyed my meal but I'm not sure it's anything to rave about. I went with my sister and she got the Jopok All Ramen and I got the Topokki Rapokki and we shared some kimbap. She said hers was good but a little underwhelming and increasingly spicy with every bite. It came in a little mini pot and had a opaque broth. I liked my dish. It was spicier than I would like but not as spicy as other Topokki I've tried. If that makes any sense. It was a generous portion but probably would want to add sausage next time and ask for milder spice. Probably sacrilegious of me to even ask lol. I'd go again to try some of the other popular dishes like the blood sausage and mixed fry set. The woman working there was nice and they gave out stamp cards.“

“We love the food here. Last time, we ordered the ssambap with four different meats. Portions were favorable and flavorful. All the banchan is good(especially cucumber kimchi and potatoes). I recommend it to anyone who wants Korean food. The staff was friendly and no wait on a table.“

“Very good bento box! I had the beef bulgogi and kiddo had the chicken teriyaki. Everything tastes fresh and well prepared. It was a good value with 2 pieces of nigiri in addition to the typical Cali roll, tempura veggies, soup, salad, rice, veggies, and gyoza. We will be back!“

“We arrived at the restaurant almost around 11 PM, and despite the late hour and the chilly weather outside, Chandu welcomed us with a warm, friendly smile and served us with great patience. We ordered idly and dosa, and both were delicious—definitely worth the visit. The food was great, but what stood out the most was Chandu's exceptional service. His attentiveness and positive attitude made our experience so much better. Highly recommend if you're looking for tasty food and excellent service, especially late at night!“

“I'll give this 5 stars because the food is amazing - if you order the right combo! Their magic sauce is delicious. The k pop chicken ( I think that's the name) is very good! This is my new fav place. The service is just order at the counter - nothing special there. The atmosphere is just okay. It's pretty small inside and can get pretty busy. The price is spendy but it's sooo good! I don't like their drinks- tastes watered down so I don't recommend those.
Parking: During lunch it can be hard to find a spot to park it's also hard to back out of those spots!“

“Ordered the Haemool Jeongol (#45) spicy seafood soup. Abundant seafood - squid, octopus, crab, clams, mussels, and large shrimp. Came with zucchini, watercress, kimchi, tofu and udon noodles. Mildly spicy, bold flavor but not overwhelming hot spicy. Savory, slightly sweet, light soup enhanced by quality seafood. Hearty amount - could feed three people. Banchan consisted of gamja jorim (potatoes), kimchi, oi muchim (spicy cucumbers), kongnamul muchim (soybeans), and fishcake. Potatoes and fishcake prepared more salty than sweet which I prefer. Lightly fermented kimchi, still crunchy. Impressed with the size and flavor of the seafood soup. Good banchan offering. Came on Sunday at 2 pm and the lunch rush was still happening.“
