We arrived with high expectations, and they were more than exceeded.

The vibe was wonderful: lively, yet still easy to have a good conversation. The staff were super friendly and genuinely excited, explaining the new brunch dishes with a sparkle in their eyes.

The dishes were unique and absolutely delicious. Our standouts:
• Sabich Benedict Eggs — a multilayered, crispy flavor composition.
• Falafel Scotch Eggs — the best falafel ever: juicy yet crisp, served with three fantastic dips.
• Baklava — honestly the best we’ve ever had: fresh, crisp, and moist, bursting with pistachio flavor.
• Orange Blossom Buns — wow, such a multidimensional flavor experience.

We enjoyed everything with a perfectly selected Italian rosé sparkling wine — delightfully fruity yet wonderfully dry.

“I stopped by and took eric’s recommendations and I’m so glad I did! I was able to customize my meal exactly how I wanted and added so many fresh toppings. They even gave me a free pita bread which was such a nice surprise. I’ve been trying to eat healthier and this was perfect. It was so delicious fresh and satisfying. “My family reserved Dimassis restaurant (Research Blvd) for 150 guests for a meet & greet function for my new born son. I must say, every single guest enjoyed the experience that Dimassis provided. Abu Ali and Sammy were great hosts. The service was amazing. The food was hot, plentiful , and very delicious. The restaurant was very clean as well. It was a 10/10 experience , a five star experience.“

“USA HALAL is an absolute gem and a must-stop if you’re visiting Austin, TX! The food here is incredibly delicious and packed with flavor, perfectly spiced, and super fresh. My husband and I ordered the beef plate (#4), which comes with rice and a side salad, and the combination was just perfect. The freshness of the salad paired with the savory beef and fluffy rice made for an amazing meal.
One thing to note: the food does take a little while to prepare, so be patient. It’s all made fresh, and you can really taste the difference. If you're in a rush, I’d recommend ordering ahead, but honestly, the wait is totally worth it.

“It was good, but, I’ve had better in town. We had chicken shawarma - the hot sauce on it is pretty spicy so if you don’t like spicy then you might ask that to be left off or on the side. The hummus is good. Pita is good but not great, and same for falafel - a little too crispy and tough for me. I see a lot of great reviews so maybe it was just an off day.“

“Vegan food choice, got it, to go , small amount and plain food no flavor boulder pop needed to.fast service small inside not much of decorative, of place feeling ,nice staff, The hummus was very plain and too much oil,. Eggplant dip was not smoking enough, and it did taste very plain. It did not taste like eggplant fully the grape leaf was itself oily and yes, you did taste the lemon and the rice was cooked. Very well done almost like baby food melting in your mouth sweet lemony flavor very easy to break with a fork. The falafel needs more flavor profile pop his little too dark for my taste. I want the falafel to be little lighter in the color. I did not like the green bell peppers salad.

Judy is so polite and pleasant! If you want Mediterranean food I recommend coming here. I guarantee you’ll leave with a smile on your face. 10/10

I just wished that Tabbouleh isn’t too watery or has too much olive oil. Maybe it’s how Lebanese dish is cooked. The lady offered to bring the meal to my car which was nice.“

“This is by FAR the greatest CAVA I’ve ever visited. I’ve honestly had CAVA across the country, mostly in Boston and DC and I have never been wowed like this before.
Right off the bat I knew this was the spot to be. We walked in and the dining room was spotless. Not a single stray lettuce leaf on any tables. The music was at exactly the right volume, loud enough to be heard but not to interrupt conversation.
We approached the line and the team was incredibly nice. A couple bowls backed up, and another team member jumped in to make sure mine was started in a timely manner.
They gave us all individual attention, answered a couple questions and sent us on our merry way. The patio is a great little spot and our bowls were the absolute best.
Another thing I noticed and appreciated was the back kitchen. From the customer view it was clean and efficient. I love that they’ve implemented a separate space for online orders as it definitely takes away from some potential chaos.

Fats Waller, Sidney Bechet, Django Reinhardt, and Louis Armstrong back to back while dining made us, a table of musicians who play 1930s jazz, feel like we were eating at home!
