“I had such a great experience at Popeyes thanks to Agner! He is seriously one of the best employees I’ve seen there. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, polite, and super professional. He made sure my order was correct, fresh, and served quickly. You can tell he really cares about doing his job well and making customers happy.

Agner has such a positive attitude and great customer service skills. He was patient, respectful, and made the whole experience enjoyable. On top of that, his nice curls definitely add to his friendly vibe — he just stands out in the best way!

“1/5-Something has happened in this Popeyes in the last month or so. It used to be slow. Something was always out or broken. Never greeted at the door or at the register. Store was dirty. In the last month, the store is clean, nothing broken, always greeted. If there is a line, it moves quick. Employees smile and are kind. Food is hot and ready. What a wonderful place to eat. Thank you Popeyes!

“I walked in today with some of my friends for a quick bite to eat. We were in a hurry so we placed it to go, however, an issue occurred upon us getting our food. Almost immediately I dropped it in the ground by accident, and the worker dropped instantly to clean it all up. He offered to replace everything and even add on some as compensation. The service here is truly immaculate and we will be returning, well done Gabe!!! ( and the rest of the popeyes crew)“

“The nuggets that I ordered were cold and looked to have been sitting for a while. I sat on the inside and the tables weren't clean, there was a leak in the ceiling that was very badly dropping on the floor. The customer service was nice and everyone seemed to be hard at work. The chicken my son ordered was hot and perfectly cooked.“

“Look. Let me tell you . This a location has done a 180o with their food. Several years ago, the staff of mostly adolescent high schoolers treated this location like a house party. I drove 2 miles past the KFCjust to hope for progress and was pleasantly surprised. When I got home , 3 miles back. the chicken was almost still too hot to eat. Congratulations to the staff and management. Great job“

“The only reason why I get a four stars is just because unfortunately, my rice and beans got forgotten and unfortunately, I wasn’t communicated like that way I want it to be communicated with him and I didn’t understand when he meant by cause I asked for the receipt unfortunately he told me three minutes and I’m like so. I didn’t think about it until I got home unfortunately but my rice and beans were not in my sock unfortunately so I do give it unfortunately four stars just because of that mishap again y’all know, and we know, and I know I’ve been in business. “Cashiers were lovely. Some of the best customer service i’ve had in a while. Everyone was welcoming and understanding when i messed up my order and they were willing to change it. Food tasted fresh and the inside was clean. Recommend if you need something quick.“

“I order for pickup a couple times a month. The food is always hot and fresh. It meets my expectations every time. The service is fast, as for the environment.... people must always do the same as me because there's never anyone in there.“
