“Just want to throw a shout out to Maria and her team tonight. I saw they had a big line. I decided to avoid the drive thru and went inside. They were upfront about the wait. I didn't wait as long as I thought would. My food was made fresh and I cant wait to make it home to enjoy it.

“I got the 3-piece Chicken Deal for $5; limited time offer. Spicy chicken as always; leg, wing & thigh. Choosing a breast as part of the 3-piece makes the deal more expensive. I also got a Classic Wrap for $3.99; tender with mayo, lettuce & no pickle. Don't like pickles. Finally, a root beer. Asked for Small, got Regular; $0.20 more.
Wrap was good. Chicken nice & spicy, but breaded a little heavy; 1 piece broke off of thigh, just fried skin.“

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Sonia for incredible service today. From the start, the ordering screen was clean and easy to read. Sonia greeted me immediately, gave me plenty of time to order, and confirmed everything back to me perfectly. At the window, she was fast and professional—I had my drink, receipt, and my full order (including all sauces!) in record time. She did it all with a great attitude and a smile. Employees like Sonia make all the difference!“

“Food was hot and tasty. Some places do not use the proper amount of seasoning in the red beans rice. They were on point. Having a packet of butter for my biscuit would have the cherry on the top! But no butter. Staff was friendly and experienced. Great Job.“

“Despite the slow drive-thru, my visit to JBSA FSH Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was good! The eight pieces signature chicken family meal was a hit – the chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the side of fries that come with it were just as delicious. I couldn't resist trying their apple pies, and they did not disappoint! Additionally, the drive-thru attendant was incredibly friendly and made the wait more enjoyable. With public parking available, it's a convenient option for a tasty meal.“
“This location is right by where I live and I can say that this specific location is Great. The people who work at the drive thru are always nice and quick. My food is hot and fresh every single visit and is alwags made correctly. Only only time was the quality of food poor in my order but I will say the manager responded to my complaint immediately, apologized for this, and made it up to me witha free meal and dessert in my next visit. This location is doing it right 💯“
“I always enjoy the customer service when I come into the establishment The food is always well seasoned and always to my liken. I always get the five piece half and half tenders large combo with a regular vina rice and a regular mash and a large diet Coke. Always fresh.“

The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, and everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient. My entire experience was one of the best I’ve had at a fast-food restaurant. “I haven't really been a fan of popeyes the past few years, but decided to stop at this one because I has a sudden craving. I now come to this location on the regular because the food is always fresh and tasty, the store is always so clean, and the staff are kind and professional! They have a 100 on their inspection, and they definitely deserve it. Glad I took a chance on this store!“

“Ordered #1 Chicken Sandwich. Was very good however the fries were over cooked. Service was OK, stood in a line only to find out after about 5 minutes of no one acknowledging us that everyone else was there to pick up their orders (Uber eats). The staff was friendly when I was ordering 😀“

“Ever crave delicious crispy fried chicken? Well your in luck because, this place has great tasting chicken with the perfect amount of bite. I stopped in for some sweet tea, and had to order a few pieces of spicy chicken. I was told to try the mac and cheese by one of the staff, and found myself enjoying it not only on that first visit but every time Ive gone. Macaroni elbows with creamy cheese sauce, paired with melted cheese crust on top, you cant go wrong. Thats been the best tasting comfort food I've had in a while. Just have to say I've had dinner there a few days this week because of this combination. The service is top notch, always a friendly greeting once your in the door. The location is great, the food is worth the price of admission lol. So do your taste buds a favor, stop by and make sure to try out a few of the menu choices for yourself.“
“My husband and I had a long and frustrating day so we decided to have dinner out at Popeyes. We were greeted and treated well, excellent customer service. The food was served quick and was delicious! The manager and crew were having a Spurs party and were kind enough to hand my husband and I some desserts and it just made our day! It’s a very welcoming restaurant and the workers are beyond friendly. Definitely recommend.“
“Think they could use some courtesy training from the manager on down. As we walked in, nobody smiled including the mgr. No greeting whatsoever. Looked like everyone was hating to be there. Also they didn't have any ice in the machine yet at noon?! Otherwise food was decent.“

“The manager was absolutely polite, wonderful, and understanding. I had issues with my gift card. I was able frustrated. She was patient, and understanding. “I used to come to this location years ago but stopped because staff was so so rude and management wasn’t much better. Also, the quality of the food had decreased so much. However, I recently moved and started coming to this location again and OMG, what a difference a good quality staff makes. I want to recognize Jay and Julius. She went out of her way to assist and answer my questions. The chicken was...well, it's Popeye's chicken sooooo...it is what it is. “I personally felt it extremely important to give this location and it's employees the highest of praise possible as they ALWAYS exceed in customer service !! They are always welcoming their customers with a smile as well as making sure that their customers leave with one also ! I have NEVER had a single bad experience at this location what so ever !! As I sat enjoying my lunch today I was pleased to witness an employee go out of her way to help an elder with understanding the ON LINE ordering process for future orders. Not many people nowadays would be that considerate ! I will definitely be returning here more often !
