“Came in to get food for me and my daughter. At the time the drive thru was closed. When I walked in the store to order my food they (mark) welcomed me with hello welcome to Popeyes we will be right with you sir. As I waited I see that there was not much help for him but he was calm polite professional and hold the standards even to the employees that were leaving for the day he had a great attitude he is a blessing to this company here's a blessing to the community and to this company“

“The Popeyes on Callaghan have the rudest staff ever so I drove all the way over here to eat instead and the staff were super nice! Roxanne was really sweet and everyone that was working at this time were so accommodating and sweet, our food was delicious, the drive all the way over here was worth it. Give that woman a raise, she runs this place like a navy ship and she’s the best.“
“I want to give a huge shoutout to Sonia for incredible service today. From the start, the ordering screen was clean and easy to read. Sonia greeted me immediately, gave me plenty of time to order, and confirmed everything back to me perfectly. At the window, she was fast and professional—I had my drink, receipt, and my full order (including all sauces!) in record time. She did it all with a great attitude and a smile. Employees like Sonia make all the difference!“
“This is a great place to eat. Janet, the manager is awesome. She is very friendly, her customer etiquette is superb. Her staff was great. I highly recommend this establishment. The atmosphere is amicable and welcoming. Their chicken is so tender and moist. If in the area, do drop in and enjoy.“

“Despite the slow drive-thru, my visit to JBSA FSH Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was good! The eight pieces signature chicken family meal was a hit – the chicken was juicy and flavorful, and the side of fries that come with it were just as delicious. I couldn't resist trying their apple pies, and they did not disappoint! Additionally, the drive-thru attendant was incredibly friendly and made the wait more enjoyable. With public parking available, it's a convenient option for a tasty meal.“
“Amazing service everything is so fresh and delicious!! What amazing staff once I walked in I noticed how cozy it was inside the staff especially were so helpful and nice the entire time! I'll be coming back very very soon!! LOVE THAT POPEYES!!! yum!“
“Me And My Wife Went To Get The Family Meal, Early Today After Church . Food Was So Good I Had To Stop By Again And Get A Chicken Sandwich. Everyone Was Friendly From The Managers, To Girl Taking My Order. The Cook Was Very Friendly Greeted Us When We Walked In, We Never Had Chicken This Good Before. Orders Were Fast, Clean, Store, Good Attitude From Everyone. Best Popeyes Here In San Antonio TX.“
“I always enjoy the customer service when I come into the establishment The food is always well seasoned and always to my liken. I always get the five piece half and half tenders large combo with a regular vina rice and a regular mash and a large diet Coke. Always fresh.“
“Chris was awesome! Amazing customer service, and I can’t say enough good things about him. The food was hot, it came out quick, and he was super friendly, very informative, and really patient with me when I took some time looking at the menu. Great guy! Definitely would recommend coming here!“
“Great food, great atmosphere, great managers, I always have a great food sesh when I come here specially with Vicente as the manager. He is always catering to my needs when I come, and I always leave satisfied and a big ol belly. Thank you Vicente!!!! You are part of the reason I come back to this location.“
“Abduallah the manager when we went in went above and beyond for my family. Was a hecktic situation with the food and a drive through customer, my card wasn’t working and as we were leaving he says to me that it’s on the house and we will take care of it. We thank you“
“Ordered through DoorDash and had a great experience! Everything in my order was included, including the biscuits, sauces, and the correct drink. The food arrived fresh, hot, and tasted great, and the order was packed carefully. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how smoothly everything came together. I’ll definitely be ordering from here again!“
“Give a raise to the guy running the nightshift tonight, Wensday 10:07 pm Aug 5th, he seems to be by him self, he still got my order out quickly, was very friendly and was managing drive thru cooking and the front. Will come back here, this guy was holding it down“
“I have to be honest, I was skeptical about this location because it’s located in a TA truck stop plus it was 10pm but the only regret I have is not coming to this location sooner. The staff were quick and polite, food was fresh, and location was clean. I don’t think I’ll go to another location…thanks ladies I wish I would’ve got their names.“
“Every time I come to this location I get friendly, cheerful service from Ms. Conswella! She is the best!
The food is always hot and fresh and my order is correct. I stop in at least once a week for the family meal so I don’t have to cook. 🤣😂“
“Always right and great tasting! Sometimes different crews are definitely friendlier and the food is fresher the earlier you go. Otherwise this location has never failed us! Thankful the chicken is almost normal size now, not as small as the last couple years.“
“Ever crave delicious crispy fried chicken? Well your in luck because, this place has great tasting chicken with the perfect amount of bite. I stopped in for some sweet tea, and had to order a few pieces of spicy chicken. I was told to try the mac and cheese by one of the staff, and found myself enjoying it not only on that first visit but every time Ive gone. Macaroni elbows with creamy cheese sauce, paired with melted cheese crust on top, you cant go wrong. Thats been the best tasting comfort food I've had in a while. Just have to say I've had dinner there a few days this week because of this combination. The service is top notch, always a friendly greeting once your in the door. The location is great, the food is worth the price of admission lol. So do your taste buds a favor, stop by and make sure to try out a few of the menu choices for yourself.“
“Ordered #1 Chicken Sandwich. Was very good however the fries were over cooked. Service was OK, stood in a line only to find out after about 5 minutes of no one acknowledging us that everyone else was there to pick up their orders (Uber eats). The staff was friendly when I was ordering 😀“
“The manager was absolutely polite, wonderful, and understanding. I had issues with my gift card. I was able frustrated. She was patient, and understanding. A rude customer came in, she was still polite and professional. She spoke kindly to him. Our food was great! The young lady working behind the counter was polite and sweet“
“Came really late at night after work. I was starving and had just left a jam packed Taco Bell next door with little hope that the Popeyes would be much better. To my great surprise it was excellent especially for the hour I went. The girl in the drive through was excellent, very helpful and a total babe.“
“Came here to pick up dinner and had a really great experience! My order was prepared quickly, the portions were great, and everything was fresh and exactly what I ordered. The drive-thru service was friendly and efficient, and the staff made sure I had everything before I left. I really appreciated how welcoming and professional everyone was. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!“
“Totally Aussom Chicken , Great Sides , not so good of an Atmosphere , the A/C doesn't work there Very well / if it works at all ! But the Food is What Counts , but it would be Nice to have a Properly Cooled Restaurant in the middle of Summer to Eat your Food or wait for your Togo Order !“
“I personally felt it extremely important to give this location and it's employees the highest of praise possible as they ALWAYS exceed in customer service !! They are always welcoming their customers with a smile as well as making sure that their customers leave with one also ! I have NEVER had a single bad experience at this location what so ever !! As I sat enjoying my lunch today I was pleased to witness an employee go out of her way to help an elder with understanding the ON LINE ordering process for future orders. Not many people nowadays would be that considerate ! I will definitely be returning here more often !
To all those reading this review...PLEASE GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS...You won't be disappointed I assure you !!“
