I booked at this Embassy Suites because it had a high customer rating, it was in close proximity to the Austin Convention Center and other venues I would be visiting for my stay for Afrotech 2023. I honestly thought Hilton brands had gone down before this hotel. Literally not one complaint. The evening reception area was so nice. The breakfast was awesome. But the employees really make this place great. Every single person we encountered was so nice and helpful. It was crazy. Top notch. Room is exactly what you expected. Temperature was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place to relax after traveling most of the day. The hotel provided two free drink tickets so a great way to enjoy the surroundings. The menu looked like there were some great options however, we had dinner plans elsewhere otherwise I would have selected from the menu. The bartenders are great, friendly and engaging.
