“Very home Style, they do get so busy that your waitress or waiter may take a while in getting to you. Other than that no complaints, food is fantastic, coffee is top quality, me and my wife go through at least 3 cups each. I don't think you'll be dissapointed... Unless your in a hurry that is.“

The catfish is moist, battered perfectly, not greasy, and delivered hot. The sides especially the turnip greens have such an amazing flavor and prepared without any bacon fat. “We did not actually eat in the restaurant. Though it seemed to have a fun atmosphere . We fished on the pier. The cost is $4 per person. If no one is there to collect money there is an honor box to place the money in. There is a little bait shop out on the pier. It was not open yet so I cannot review it. The pier has 3 benches out on the end. It has 2 benches under the awning by the bait shop. We really enjoyed fishing on the pier. We did not catch too much, I think because the water was still a little too cold. We heard from all that in the right conditions it is a really good fishing spot. It also has a place to put your boat in the water for $10. We would recommend this spot.“
