“Went In on a Sunday morning before leaving out of town , and I must say this is my new favorite spot! The customer service is amazing such great people , and the drinks were delicious! I got a agua fresca de piña and it was the best I have had in a long time ! And then my husband got the matcha protons shake and it was so delicious as well you could taste all the ingredients which I loved! And we also got some empanadas de carne, and they were delicious one of the best I’ve had ! And not to mention with that spicy sauce it was a whole other level definitely recommend!!“

“Ordered thru Uber eats today. Great choice! We ordered the 2 slider combo and the 1 slider/1 tender combo. My son got the "hot" flavor and I got the regular. Both with mac & cheese and fries. I must have missed where it said the mac & cheese was made with either jalapeños, chili, or something because it was a little too spicy for me but just right for my son who loves spicy food. Total came out to approx. $30, and we will definitely be back! Also, side note I'm not really sure why this is made inside of a Grady's restaurant but just so you know when you go you will not see a building with the name Nashville Hot Chicken Shack.“

“This is our five or six time here. The employees are great at Potranco rd in San Antonio ! We came for dinner and Kristy was awesome. The food is fresh and flavor is consistent. I highly recommend this location and restaurant!! Five stars and give Kristy a raise she’s great! The staff was quick and always smiling!!!!! The parking has shaded areas to the side. This is a must have in San Antonio. Excellent team!!!!!!!!❤️🙏🏻“

This amazing man did not have to even say happy birthday to my little man. He went above and beyond we ever expected.Georgie got to input his own oder... and the manager paid for mijos dinner and even dessert..even announced happy birthday me king over the p.a.. when we were done eating he brings a box out.i though he was gonne restock beverage counter.. but no he said" i have something for you" and pulls out a freddy shirt.and to many it may not mean anything but to me it does. What happened next almost made me cry Georgie says mom When i grow up im gonna do the same thing for a small kids like he did with me.. he made my day and made me happy. I wanna work here and do the same one day. And i know he may not work at freddys but those small gestures like this amazing man did something for my son today that will go with him for a life time. “Best burger (I got the 1604, double Pattie with Bacon) I’ve had in a LOOOONG time! I like a greasy burger (grease = flavor to me) and this didn’t disappoint. Burger is delicious!! Bacon was thick and cooked perfectly! Onion rings are great, taste home made (versus packaged frozen and fried), and mozzarella sticks are good (also look homemade, versus packaged frozen and fried). If people try their burgers, I expect to see a line out the door.“

“Hands down best Gorditas I have found in Texas!!! These have the authentic flavor and any of the guisos are finger licking good!!! We were so impressed they have easily become a must anytime we are in San Antonio! We ordered the chicharrón prensado, deshebrada, tinga, pollo con mole, and they were all phenomenal! “Debra made my sandwich and I was absolutely stunned by her service. When she was making my sandwich it felt like she could read my mind and she knew exactly what I wanted. I also wanted to get a cookie with my order but Debra was so sweet I would be pre-diabetic if I had taken any more sugar. She is singlehandedly keeping the store alive and I hope my kids grow up to be like her. If there were more people like her the world would be a better place.

“Thank you to the awesome staff at 5 Guys Westover Hills crew!!! We came in starving on 06/02 in the afternoon after a disappointing hour+ wait at another establishment a few shops over. We went to try something special in celebration of our daughter and her friend's accomplishments (5th grade graduation). We threw in the towel and walked down to be welcomed in by friendly faces, cold drinks & hot food within a matter of minutes! Our fries were over flowing and seasoned to perfection. The burgers were HOT with crisp bacon and lettuce. Our upset party including grumpy kids went straight into quiet from eating than laughing. Thank you again for helping us end the day what we set out to do, make their day a little more special. ❤️“

“Please don't get me wrong. I love the steak burgers. I only went back because the started serving tater tots. I just don't like shoe string potatoes. I get there and they do not have tater tots anymore. You would think that with a steak burger you would get STEAK FRIES.

“We visited this place for the first time on Saturday, June 28. The food is delicious! The wait staff attentive and the owner was so friendly and welcoming! I am so very picky with Mexican food and I am happy to report they did NOT disappoint! Their dessert (churros with cajeta/ ice cream) was delicious. We are SO going back this weekend to try something new. Visitamos este lugar por primera vez el sábado 28 de junio. ¡La comida está deliciosa! La señorita que atiende las mesas fue muy atenta y la dueña fue muy amable. Soy muy exigente con la comida mexicana y me alegra decir que no me decepcionaron. “during the snow storm I saw this dairy Queen open, with a line past and around the fred fish for like four hours straight and they knocked it all out every customer , them workers deserve a bonus of some sort ,they could of been home , with there families but chose to to be at work and provide a hot meal to ad many as possible“

“I had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chris and Emily.
Chris was incredibly attentive, always checking in at just the right moments without ever making me feel rushed. He clearly takes pride in his work and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Emily was just as fantastic she was so friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and her genuine warmth really added to the whole experience. Together, they created such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that made the meal even more memorable.
The food itself was just as impressive. Each dish was beautifully prepared with care, full of fresh flavors, and plated with such attention to detail. Every bite was delicious, and you can tell the kitchen takes great pride in what they serve.

“Made an order on the app about 2 minutes away from the location. Parked, pur my parking spot number in the app. Took a while for my order to come out but they did seem a little busy. However as I drove off, I reached into the bag to get some fries to eat on the way home and they were already pretty much cold. Ugh...“
