“Went In on a Sunday morning before leaving out of town , and I must say this is my new favorite spot! The customer service is amazing such great people , and the drinks were delicious! I got a agua fresca de piña and it was the best I have had in a long time ! And then my husband got the matcha protons shake and it was so delicious as well you could taste all the ingredients which I loved! And we also got some empanadas de carne, and they were delicious one of the best I’ve had ! And not to mention with that spicy sauce it was a whole other level definitely recommend!!“

“Ordered thru Uber eats today. Great choice! We ordered the 2 slider combo and the 1 slider/1 tender combo. My son got the "hot" flavor and I got the regular. Both with mac & cheese and fries. I must have missed where it said the mac & cheese was made with either jalapeños, chili, or something because it was a little too spicy for me but just right for my son who loves spicy food. Total came out to approx. $30, and we will definitely be back! Also, side note I'm not really sure why this is made inside of a Grady's restaurant but just so you know when you go you will not see a building with the name Nashville Hot Chicken Shack.“

He went above and beyond we ever expected.Georgie got to input his own oder... and the manager paid for mijos dinner and even dessert..even announced happy birthday me king over the p.a.. when we were done eating he brings a box out.i though he was gonne restock beverage counter.. but no he said" i have something for you" and pulls out a freddy shirt.and to many it may not mean anything but to me it does. What happened next almost made me cry Georgie says mom When i grow up im gonna do the same thing for a small kids like he did with me.. he made my day and made me happy. I wanna work here and do the same one day. And i know he may not work at freddys but those small gestures like this amazing man did something for my son today that will go with him for a life time. “This is our five or six time here. The employees are great at Potranco rd in San Antonio ! We came for dinner and Kristy was awesome. The food is fresh and flavor is consistent. I highly recommend this location and restaurant!! Five stars and give Kristy a raise she’s great! The staff was quick and always smiling!!!!! The parking has shaded areas to the side. This is a must have in San Antonio. Excellent team!!!!!!!!❤️🙏🏻“

“Best burger (I got the 1604, double Pattie with Bacon) I’ve had in a LOOOONG time! I like a greasy burger (grease = flavor to me) and this didn’t disappoint. Burger is delicious!! Bacon was thick and cooked perfectly! Onion rings are great, taste home made (versus packaged frozen and fried), and mozzarella sticks are good (also look homemade, versus packaged frozen and fried). If people try their burgers, I expect to see a line out the door.“

“Old school vibe where you park and order your food. We went as family members recommended. We gave the fried chicken 5 stars as it was well seasoned throughout and beats Gus’s imo. Fries were hot but not very crispy or well seasoned so will pass on that next time.“

“Debra made my sandwich and I was absolutely stunned by her service. When she was making my sandwich it felt like she could read my mind and she knew exactly what I wanted. I also wanted to get a cookie with my order but Debra was so sweet I would be pre-diabetic if I had taken any more sugar. She is singlehandedly keeping the store alive and I hope my kids grow up to be like her. If there were more people like her the world would be a better place.

“Hands down best Gorditas I have found in Texas!!! These have the authentic flavor and any of the guisos are finger licking good!!! We were so impressed they have easily become a must anytime we are in San Antonio! We ordered the chicharrón prensado, deshebrada, tinga, pollo con mole, and they were all phenomenal! We will most certainly be back for more!“

“Thank you to the awesome staff at 5 Guys Westover Hills crew!!! We came in starving on 06/02 in the afternoon after a disappointing hour+ wait at another establishment a few shops over. We went to try something special in celebration of our daughter and her friend's accomplishments (5th grade graduation). We threw in the towel and walked down to be welcomed in by friendly faces, cold drinks & hot food within a matter of minutes! Our fries were over flowing and seasoned to perfection. The burgers were HOT with crisp bacon and lettuce. Our upset party including grumpy kids went straight into quiet from eating than laughing. “By far the best whataburger I've been to. The register lady, Anna, was very friendly and kind. I only waited a few minutes til I got my order, the worker Anna came around the lobby for any assistance needed. I asked for ketchup but ran out sooner than expected, the manager I believe, gabe, came around the lobby himself to assist and customer in the lobby. Ask Gabe for some ketchup and immediately sought to my needs. 10/10 and highly recommend this whataburger.“

“during the snow storm I saw this dairy Queen open, with a line past and around the fred fish for like four hours straight and they knocked it all out every customer , them workers deserve a bonus of some sort ,they could of been home , with there families but chose to to be at work and provide a hot meal to ad many as possible“

“I wanna start off this review saying I’m making this review during the Texas Music Educator Association Convention, and even during a VERY busy time like this convention weekend, my order was taken care of pretty quickly. While there was a discrepancy on my order of pepperoni pretzels and how it was placed in the system, the man making the pretzels was pretty good on fixing it quickly. I also picked up 4 classic rolls, and the Churro Chillata while here, which was all ready pretty instantly, and had to wait 12-15 mins for the pretzels. Hope they get to hire extra staff for when it’s needed on weekends like this.“
