The cashier that took our order was very polite, but hard to hear and understand her as she was soft spoken and spoke very fast with a high pitch sound. I wear hearing aids and still had difficulty understanding her. Everyone at our table mentioned it. This was on top of loud speaker music that really doesn’t need to be that loud for background music. Food was about the same as any other Freddy’s, I did notice that the burgers are extra flat. My husband and I went for the Veterans Day meal. You can either get a voucher or the meal today. The complementary meal is a double cheeseburger with fries and a drink. The service was amazing, fast and friendly.

I had the No#2 .. I loved the juiciness of the ground meat.. Fries are a bit thin somewhat resembling show string fries.. They were ok... But the customer service was the best .. Very attentive and the smiles go a long way... Definitely a 5 star ⭐
