“Ordered thru Uber eats today. Great choice! We ordered the 2 slider combo and the 1 slider/1 tender combo. My son got the "hot" flavor and I got the regular. Both with mac & cheese and fries. I must have missed where it said the mac & cheese was made with either jalapeños, chili, or something because it was a little too spicy for me but just right for my son who loves spicy food. Total came out to approx. $30, and we will definitely be back! Also, side note I'm not really sure why this is made inside of a Grady's restaurant but just so you know when you go you will not see a building with the name Nashville Hot Chicken Shack.“

This amazing man did not have to even say happy birthday to my little man. He went above and beyond we ever expected.Georgie got to input his own oder... and the manager paid for mijos dinner and even dessert..even announced happy birthday me king over the p.a.. when we were done eating he brings a box out.i though he was gonne restock beverage counter.. but no he said" i have something for you" and pulls out a freddy shirt.and to many it may not mean anything but to me it does. What happened next almost made me cry Georgie says mom When i grow up im gonna do the same thing for a small kids like he did with me.. he made my day and made me happy. I wanna work here and do the same one day. And i know he may not work at freddys but those small gestures like this amazing man did something for my son today that will go with him for a life time. “This is our five or six time here. The employees are great at Potranco rd in San Antonio ! We came for dinner and Kristy was awesome. The food is fresh and flavor is consistent. I highly recommend this location and restaurant!! Five stars and give Kristy a raise she’s great! The staff was quick and always smiling!!!!! The parking has shaded areas to the side. This is a must have in San Antonio. Excellent team!!!!!!!!❤️🙏🏻“

“This location tends to feel cleaner than the others but the only issue I have with this location is every time I come here they forget something whether it’s onions on my burger or like today they forgot my fries twice or they forgotten my milkshake before, last time i ate in store they brought me and my friends other peoples burger. they always handle it very fast but i wish there wasn’t all these little issues“

“Best burger (I got the 1604, double Pattie with Bacon) I’ve had in a LOOOONG time! I like a greasy burger (grease = flavor to me) and this didn’t disappoint. Burger is delicious!! Bacon was thick and cooked perfectly! Onion rings are great, taste home made (versus packaged frozen and fried), and mozzarella sticks are good (also look homemade, versus packaged frozen and fried). If people try their burgers, I expect to see a line out the door.“

“We visited this place for the first time on Saturday, June 28. The food is delicious! The wait staff attentive and the owner was so friendly and welcoming! I am so very picky with Mexican food and I am happy to report they did NOT disappoint! Their dessert (churros with cajeta/ ice cream) was delicious. “Thank you to the awesome staff at 5 Guys Westover Hills crew!!! We came in starving on 06/02 in the afternoon after a disappointing hour+ wait at another establishment a few shops over. We went to try something special in celebration of our daughter and her friend's accomplishments (5th grade graduation). We threw in the towel and walked down to be welcomed in by friendly faces, cold drinks & hot food within a matter of minutes! Our fries were over flowing and seasoned to perfection. The burgers were HOT with crisp bacon and lettuce. Our upset party including grumpy kids went straight into quiet from eating than laughing. The workers are very nice and service is always excellent.
The atmosphere is very hole in the wall but really a hidden gem. This place is really good for takeout as well as dine in. You can choose from cafeteria style tacos or order a whole plate. This is a place that will accommodate anyone!
Prices are very good too.“
