“I am REALLY mad at myself for not leaving a review sooner!!! I have gone here for years every Thursday after Tae-Kwon-Do right down the street, and I have never, and I guarantee you I never will have a problem with it! As with any restaurant, you might get a wrong order every once a month, but that is just part of the restaurant experience and not Subway's fault! Even if they do get your order wrong, they are super apologetic and offer to make a new one free! The employees are super kind and nice! After coming for a long time, I always see a smile when I walk through those doors. The food itself is wonderful! Absolutely 11/10 it is so good! I think that the employees deserve a raise. I don't care what their payroll is, give them a raise either way! They've earned it! I can't tell you how great it is, you have to try it to know!“

“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. Will definitely return to have again. 10/10“

“I ordered take out today for my son and I and his app would let me put for it to be ready by 10:30 am, but my app would not let me pick that time and I needed to pick up the orders at the same time, but i went ahead and placed the order like that. “I placed an order for me and my kiddo, and when I got to the window my card was nowhere to be found. I was embarrassed and panicked. Eric (the person at the window) calls over his manager Sarah, and they tell me “it’s ok, just take the food”, and then handed the bag to me. This was so kind of them! I eventually located my card (on the entry way table at home ??‍♀️). I called back and asked if I could come back to pay, but Sarah said it wasn’t necessary.

“This is one of the best restaurants I've gone to and I love coming to this location because not only is it on my way home from work, but the Customer service is absolutely fantastic and so is the food.

This location has been well redesigned and I love how they were able to keep the original building and modify it like their newer locations.

I hope they can open more locations across the United States, especially in Texas, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Nevada, California, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, Utah, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, and Kentucky. When they do, I hope they won't demolish any of the existing Washguys Car Wash sites or any full-service car washes that could become good WashGuys locations. (Please see the list of potential WashGuys sites on Google Maps in the description of my latest YouTube video about WashGuys in Denton.) I know I shouldn't be saying this, but I feel it's important because I love WashGuys Car Wash. There are several full-service car washes in the areas where they plan to open new locations that could become WashGuys sites. Some of these have been demolished to make way for other businesses like convenience stores, restaurants, coffee shops, or anything that isn't a car wash. I hope the ones I believe could turn into good WashGuys locations will remain intact and not be demolished for non-car wash developments. I don't want that to happen to any existing WashGuys sites or potential full-service car wash sites. I realize this isn't directly related to my rating of Chick-fil-A, but I just wanted to share my thoughts about future locations. Nonetheless, I still believe Chick-fil-A is worth visiting regardless.“

“Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Kristi and Tim work their butt's off in that kitchen to get food out ASAP but still make quality food, and adain has the drive thru moving faster then a Nascar race. 10 out of 10 overall. “This is a great fast food stop, and definitely the best Taco Casa I’ve been to! Best customer service around, very friendly. At the front counter, Joshua has never met a stranger and will call you by name every time you visit. Don’t know how he remembers all the names, but he does. “Went to the Keller location today, loved the concept and that they have gluten free options however disappointed that the only vegetarian burger was black bean. In 2023, vegetarians expect a plant based meat option like Impossible Burger or Beyond Burger. Black bean doesn’t have the consistency and doesn’t hold together well on a hamburger bun. The gluten free onion rings were good however they weren’t as crispy as they appeared in the poster behind the register.“

“This is a good location, and I love the variety of food options, which is one of the things I appreciate about Sonic. However, some of the food could use improvement. The ice cream is decent, but there are a few items I'd like to see enhanced.

For instance, the Texas Toast should be a bit crunchier when toasted. The burger's meat could be seasoned better and should be juicier and more tender, rather than resembling school lunch meals. Additionally, they should use a bit less sauce when dressing the burgers. The fries could also be cooked better and seasoned more effectively.

I would love to see these improvements in the future. Overall, though, it's not a bad restaurant. I really enjoy dining there, and I hope Sonic continues to offer a wide range of options and remains successful for years to come.“

“Well we normally drive up to get our food tonight I made the mistake of using Uber Eats’s..

order arrived Half of it.. Here is the Great thing I call the store even though it is through Uber just wanted to let them know “BTW the Uber driver mucked up the orders” I get Steve the owner on the phone by chance..

Let me explain something when a Restaurant goes with a meal delivery they are not responsible for the driver, or the driver mixing up orders and should not be.

But Steve went above and Beyond, way beyond actually I had hit the buttons in Uber Eats , tried to call the driver, and sent the refund form already.. Now Steve is out the money for the order as Uber Eats does not hold their Drivers accountable at all.

Steve knowing this Still wanted to make things right, He cooked the right food and we went to pick it up, he Went above and beyond.. He could have told me to kick rocks take it up with Uber Eats, he did the right thing even when it cost him money, they already had our Weekly order on Sundays because they do chicken right.
They now have garnered my respect, as well as making me want to ensure I Stop in to this location more than just once a Week.

“I talked my husband into driving over from Denton because we love your food. The food was great but we didn't get our large order of fries. That meant someone didn't get what they love most from Freddy's. They got some from the two orders of reg. Fries but it wasn't as much as they wanted. It is disappointing to come home and find a wrong order and know we aren't going to drive back over. I did try to call your store but there was no answer. “The food is fantastic, the drive thru service can be hit or miss. Whether a headset issue or a understanding issue often the drive thru attendants do not seem happy to be at work or struggle to understand the order. If this happened for me at multiple drive thru's (like it does my husband's deep voice) then I would expect it but seems to constantly only be an issue at this one location.“

Livers were also good both cooked to order and fresh. Got to take away one star because of the fish. “My wife and I love this little corner shop. They have a wide selection of potato-based products like tots, fries, curly fries, and chips. You can select a flavored powder to be added to your selection which is what makes it really stand out from other places. They also have chicken available, but we've haven't tried it yet.

They'll even let you combine two flavors if you ask. The portions and the quality are both very good. They're made from frozen, but they come out of the oven tasting fresh and incredibly hot. They're tossed in the seasoning of your choice and served in a convenient container (I recommend asking for a fork, especially if you get the tater tots.)

We like many of the flavors, but be warned that some of them are sweeter than you might expect, like the sour cream and onion or the garlic parmesan. They're good (especially the sour cream and onion), but there is little, if any, saltiness to them.

Overall, this place is great. It's such a simple concept but they do it very well. We highly recommend it!“
