Not only was it me perfectly with everything I had ordered on it, but when I came there, even though there was a line, it went super quick and the guy asked me if I ordered online and told me he would make mine next. “I placed an order for me and my kiddo, and when I got to the window my card was nowhere to be found. I was embarrassed and panicked. Eric (the person at the window) calls over his manager Sarah, and they tell me “it’s ok, just take the food”, and then handed the bag to me. This was so kind of them! I eventually located my card (on the entry way table at home ??‍♀️). I called back and asked if I could come back to pay, but Sarah said it wasn’t necessary.

My only issue is the tomatoes. In every salad I've ordered, the grape tomatoes have been horrible. They look fine but taste really bad. It's not one random tomato. It's every tomato in every salad I've purchased. I thought it was me but my family has said the same. I'm going to keep coming but skip the tomato going forward.“

As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. “I went into Freddy, for the first time. I atmosphere was perfect for me. The young man that waited on me was very patient in explaining the menu and cost. I thought it was a bit pricey. I ordered a steak hamburger on Texas toast. I was shocked. The season meat was perfect. The toast was the “icing on the cake” as they say. I’ve never had smashed meat, but I like it better than thick meat. I told my granddaughter. She said I have been there, it’s the best. The manager was friendly. He wanted to know, if I enjoyed my meal. I said yes. He said the Texas toast is only for a limited time. I highly recommend everyone to try Freddy it’s the best.“

It's a great value for the cost I don't like eating at fast food places because of the sterile environment. And I don't mean sterile in a good way. Everything is always extreme minimalistic design wise. I hate the little uncomfortable booths and the whole interior of the restaurant always feels like it was designed for messy animals where when you leave they could just turn on spickets from the ceiling and hose the place down remind me of all the serial killer shows for the kill room is draped in plastic so I can all just be rolled up enthroned away without making a mess on anything. For me it's a sensory issue so much so I usually order in the Drive-Thru and sit in my car and eat because that's more comfortable dim the interior of the restaurant. but I'll come back again and again because the food is really good and it's a really good value for the price“
