“I am REALLY mad at myself for not leaving a review sooner!!! I have gone here for years every Thursday after Tae-Kwon-Do right down the street, and I have never, and I guarantee you I never will have a problem with it! As with any restaurant, you might get a wrong order every once a month, but that is just part of the restaurant experience and not Subway's fault! Even if they do get your order wrong, they are super apologetic and offer to make a new one free! The employees are super kind and nice! After coming for a long time, I always see a smile when I walk through those doors. The food itself is wonderful! Absolutely 11/10 it is so good! I think that the employees deserve a raise. I don't care what their payroll is, give them a raise either way! They've earned it! I can't tell you how great it is, you have to try it to know!“

“Today I finally tried Layne’s, it was wonderful. The chicken is so much better than Canes or Slim Chickens. This is the best chicken I’ve had besides making homemade tenders, which is exactly what it reminded me of. The chicken was tender and the crust/batter is crispy. Will definitely return to have again. 10/10“

“I ordered take out today for my son and I and his app would let me put for it to be ready by 10:30 am, but my app would not let me pick that time and I needed to pick up the orders at the same time, but i went ahead and placed the order like that. I called and Jesús was fabulous and let me pick it up about the same time as my son's even though the app said noon. Thank you for working with me!!“

“My son and stopped by this location after leaving Grapevine Mills Mall on
July 26, 2025. We used to have a 2 Taco Casa where I live. Then Jucy's Taco replaced them, why, I don't know. Taco Casa is way better and I wish they'd at least bring back one Taco Casà Restaurant. The truth is, hands down they have no competition. Because there's no other Fast Food Taco Place that can compete with them. Taco Casa is Truly, One Of Kind, is on a level by itself, above the all the other Taco Chain Places. Anyway, the gentleman that took our order, was so nice and so were the other employees. The whole restaurant was very clean including restrooms. The Food and Service was exceptional. I hope they never change their menu. The Food on the Menu is spot on. We'll be visiting this location again real soon. I 💜 Taco Casa. And since my son is moving to the area soon. Looks like we'll be making this location a regular stop.

FYI: The Chilada ( I get extra sauce, olives, and onions added) and Super Burrito is Deliciously Amazing. I 1000% recommend. Even though I absolutely Love everything I've ever ordered.“

“I placed an order for me and my kiddo, and when I got to the window my card was nowhere to be found. I was embarrassed and panicked. Eric (the person at the window) calls over his manager Sarah, and they tell me “it’s ok, just take the food”, and then handed the bag to me. This was so kind of them! I eventually located my card (on the entry way table at home ??‍♀️). I called back and asked if I could come back to pay, but Sarah said it wasn’t necessary.

“This is a great fast food stop, and definitely the best Taco Casa I’ve been to! Best customer service around, very friendly. At the front counter, Joshua has never met a stranger and will call you by name every time you visit. Don’t know how he remembers all the names, but he does. “Eat at this location nearly every other Friday, and it’s usually very fast, friendly and accurate. However, Friday the 10th, this was not the case. As I didn’t recognize more than two folks, I figure there are a bunch of new hires. Large fries were less than half-full, 5-count nuggets had two that were simply bread & didn’t get the requested sauces. Since we were a dine-in customer, the issues were resolved quickly and efficiently… but had I been a drive-thru order, I might not return. Luckily, I’m sure it was a fluke, and I know they usually do a lot better, so I’ll be back. This is simply a heads up for the managers that y’all weren’t on your game today. 2/10/2023 @ 1145.“

“Prices go up and portions go down, the last couple of weeks when I order the $5 chilada, I get half of one. When I asked about it, they said corporate has been in setting new regulations. This thing use to fill these trays and now it's less than half the size.“

“I’ve been eating here regularly since it opened. The staff does a good job keeping the buffet fresh and Marisol works hard making the pizzas. Buffet pricing has gone up but is still reasonable for what you get.

The main cons are:

- no to-go cups available despite having a soda fountain
- diet Dr Pepper is 80% foam the majority of the time so Pepsi needs to look into the machine function
- some of the other customers are rude - for example - people watching videos on their phone at full volume with no headphones - just zero awareness! We don’t want to hear whatever you are watching in a public restaurant.

But again, overall good experience with this buffet.“

“Really good food! I have several food allergies . I am grateful for their gluten-free fried chicken nuggets, fried pickles and bun that are egg-free, as well. Burger was delicious and fried pickles are good too! My little girl had a lot of fun playing on their play equipment. This will be one of our new favorites!

Dietary restrictions: Egg free and gluten free options are very much appreciated and delicious, such as their fried chicken nuggets, fried pickles and gluten free bun.

Kid-friendliness: Love the play area with open air eating area adjacent to it. This makes for easy kid watching and enjoying the fresh air.“

“Well we normally drive up to get our food tonight I made the mistake of using Uber Eats’s..

order arrived Half of it.. Here is the Great thing I call the store even though it is through Uber just wanted to let them know “BTW the Uber driver mucked up the orders” I get Steve the owner on the phone by chance..

Let me explain something when a Restaurant goes with a meal delivery they are not responsible for the driver, or the driver mixing up orders and should not be.

But Steve went above and Beyond, way beyond actually I had hit the buttons in Uber Eats , tried to call the driver, and sent the refund form already.. Now Steve is out the money for the order as Uber Eats does not hold their Drivers accountable at all.

Steve knowing this Still wanted to make things right, He cooked the right food and we went to pick it up, he Went above and beyond.. He could have told me to kick rocks take it up with Uber Eats, he did the right thing even when it cost him money, they already had our Weekly order on Sundays because they do chicken right.
They now have garnered my respect, as well as making me want to ensure I Stop in to this location more than just once a Week.

Steve your integrity as a Business Owner is something not so common anymore, thank you Sir, I hope your Managers and Employee’s continue to follow in your footsteps.“

However, I absolutely hate waiting and waiting just to be given cold hard food. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 since they made my sandwich correctly. “Chicken Express in Grapevine (Northwest Hwy) catered an event for us and every single thing about it was excellent! JC is such a consciousness & service oriented manager! His service really took a ton of stress off of us and everyone loved the yummy food! - The store is also very clean and staff is friendly. HIGHLY recommend.“

Taco Bell never lets me down, especially when it comes to the Crunchwrap Supreme. It’s the perfect mix of flavor, texture, and convenience – crispy, cheesy, beefy, and just the right amount of sauce. I could honestly eat one every day and still crave it the next.

The service is always quick, the staff is friendly, and the menu has something for everyone, but the Crunchwrap Supreme is definitely the star of the show. If you’ve never had one, you’re missing out on fast food greatness.

“This is a good location, and I love the variety of food options, which is one of the things I appreciate about Sonic. However, some of the food could use improvement. The ice cream is decent, but there are a few items I'd like to see enhanced.

For instance, the Texas Toast should be a bit crunchier when toasted. The burger's meat could be seasoned better and should be juicier and more tender, rather than resembling school lunch meals. Additionally, they should use a bit less sauce when dressing the burgers. The fries could also be cooked better and seasoned more effectively.

I would love to see these improvements in the future. Overall, though, it's not a bad restaurant. I really enjoy dining there, and I hope Sonic continues to offer a wide range of options and remains successful for years to come.“

“This is one of the best Chick-fil-A's in the area. I am always amazed at the speed of service even when it is super busy. My wife and I are always impressed with the food and the manager always makes me feel seen by inviting us back with free little gifts on the app. Could not recommend this location more!“

“I talked my husband into driving over from Denton because we love your food. The food was great but we didn't get our large order of fries. That meant someone didn't get what they love most from Freddy's. They got some from the two orders of reg. Fries but it wasn't as much as they wanted. “Tryed the gizzards again after jaw numbing experience a couple weeks back this time they were pretty good. Still chewy, but without the jaw pain. Livers were also good both cooked to order and fresh. Got to take away one star because of the fish. I ordered fish twice in the past month both times it was pretty salty, dry and thin.. too expensive for fillets that tastes like a salty roofing shingle“

“I myself prefer BK to other fast foods. Always fries! But the reason for this review is not my experience but my mother's. You see mom has turned 80 and just retired from driving school bus. Trying to get to the point, the manager at the Kimball restaurant has been so kind to her every morning on her way to work. She stopped for French toast sticks and oj and often took something for everyone in the house as well. I appreciate that😜 Service BK provides is never forced. He seems to be, genuinely, having a great day everyday but if not he understands that customers do not need to know. Not everyone cares to! My mother does and I think he can tell.
