“Update: I enjoy this place very much but have to say it depends on who is working the food truck. Today I ordered two plates one of enchiladas and the other carnitas. The enchiladas were okay. Not a lot of flavor, the carnitas was ok. The meat was not as tender as I think it should be. Carnitas has been great in the past. It was supposed to come with tortillas but they forgot them. It just depends on who's working. I hate to say it, but the gentleman that was working tonight was not the best. Good to know if information; if the women are working. The food is outstanding and the items ordered are correct and you get everything you asked for. Just my opinion

Have to tell you this food is spot on. We have had lots of Mexican food from all over the country and from outside of the United States . The food is authentic Mexican flavors that are outstanding. We had the Chicken fajitas and the Barbacoa burrito. We will definitely be going back to try some of the other food they have. I almost forgot the salsas they have are perfect in flavor and spicyness.“

“After being clients of Roccos for almost 4 years, last night we had a really bad experience with the owner “male”. I was 5 minutes late to pick up my order after closing time and he told me in a unfriendly tone “I put your order in the garbage” with his back turned and locking the door he said nothing else. He could’ve handled this another way, to me that was very unprofessional and I felt discriminated for being hispanic. Ourselves and other friends won’t be going back to this business.“

“If you want a smile on your face in the mornings or any other time, go eat at her trailer. Clean place and the best darn Big tacos too, not skimpy like a lot of the other trailers . 1441 and Green Valley on the corner. We’ve eaten there many times, she also makes tortillas .“

“One of my coworkers suggested this tacos place. The menu had a great selection of items beyond just tacos. Both of us ordered the tacos (obviously) and we're very pleased.

The meat quality was very good and it was perfectly cooked. The flavors were on point and the spices were very balanced unlike other places that kill the meat with a ton of salt and other cheap seasonings.

We are very happy that we found this tacos place and we are definitely going back.“
