After realizing, they didn’t have the item, they immediately called us back, I didn’t hear my phone ring. Upon arrival, they let us know they didn’t have what we initially went there for and was extremely apologetic. They even took an item off our bill. Wow! Thank you so much for taking care of us, you didn’t need to do that but we appreciate it.“
