McDonald's in Beaumont

“This was probably the best McDonald's I've been to in a while. First off the spicy chicken nuggets are such a good deal. They are cheep and super tasty. The hamburgers here were so fire. The bun of the burger was so fluffy and had a really good patty. Unlike any other patty. Drinks were just over a dollar which is always tbe plus. I got my food nice and quick. Overall great experience“

“Thaddus displayed excellent customer service. He was patient while my McDonald’s app load to provide deals. Also friendliness and had a smile. This is the service that Chic Fil A always displays but to see an employee provide this service at McDonald’s is very rare. Please move him into management there’s no way this person is only a crew member. To present the core value as friendly, patient, active listener, willing to help -I’m astonished. Also, Tibo did a great job at front too please recognize both gentlemen and move Thaddus into management as his service today is exactly what McDonalds back in the day and should still stand for :friendliness, respect, patient, and have a high quality of service. Please Kades Corporation recognized does that make McDonalds one of the best restaurants to still eat at. Thanks again and will be back !!!“

“Hello Fellow humans!

Let me just tell y’all something about the McDonald’s on MLK in Beaumont, Texas — if you don’t know about that Hot ’n Spicy with lettuce, sauce, and pickles, you are missing LIFE completely. I don’t care if I’m in Las Vegas, Utah, or somewhere in Nevada minding my business — when I’m in the streets, I’m ordering a Hot ’n Spicy. It hits every single time like it’s personally trying to bless my spirit.

We pulled up, placed our order, and the girl at the drive‑through window was an absolute pleasure. Sweet, friendly, and had that “I got you, baby” energy that makes you feel like your food is about to be right. And she did not lie. My sandwich came out fresh, hot, and looking like a commercial. I took one bite and my mama looked over at me and said, “That looks good.” I said, “It IS,” with my whole chest.

So shout‑out to McDonald’s on MLK in Beaumont for doing what needs to be done. Quick service, good energy, and a Hot ’n Spicy that reminded me why I stay loyal. I’ll definitely be making another pit stop someday.“

“Unfortunately, our visit today was disappointing, particularly because of the customer service we received at the counter.

The young man who took our payment did not greet us, say thank you, or provide any verbal indication that our transaction was complete. When we were unsure whether we were finished, we politely asked, “Are we finished?” and mentioned that he hadn’t said thank you or anything to let us know.

His response was, “I gave you your receipt, and that’s an indication that we’re finished.”

I was honestly taken aback by the response. Providing a receipt may indicate that the transaction is complete, but basic courtesy and communication are still an important part of good customer service. A simple “Thank you,” “Have a nice day,” or even “You’re all set” would have made a significant difference.

We understand that fast-food employees can have busy and stressful shifts, and we don’t expect excessive pleasantries. However, customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management will take this as an opportunity to remind staff about the importance of professional and courteous customer service.Unfortunately, our visit today was disappointing, particularly because of the customer service we received at the counter.

“Beaumont, Tx—Pulled Over for a Caramel Frappe… Because Self‑Care Is Important

Stopped for a caramel frappe and a cheeseburger, and baby, that frappe was flirting with me. Smooth, sweet, and acting like it knew it was the main character.

And that cheeseburger? Tasty enough to make me forget every lie I told about “eating clean.” I took one bite and said, “Welp, the diet can clock out too.”

Honestly, I only meant to grab a drink… but my greedy spirit said, “Go on, girl, treat yourself,” and who am I to argue with destiny.“

“I just went through their line. 3 cars had ordered, one was ordering ahead of me. By the time I paid for my food, I was the only car in line... they cleared it in less than a minute! The food was hot and delicious and the two people I interacted with were extremely pleasant/friendly. Way to go McDonald's on Dowlen!“

“Only ordered soda. They were pretty rude. The first window attendee just held my reciept out the window. No greeting no confirming my order no have a good day., didnt even look at me. . Just held my reciept out the window. The second window attendees wasn't any better. And they were not busy ,just me and one other vehicle,so its not like it was lunch rush or anything. Just rude employees .“

“This is my neighborhood McDonald's that I would frequent. Unfortunately I stopped coming due to many issues the store was having. I went in yesterday and again today and it was a great experience! They have new management and the team is running smooth again! I will be back.“
