“I came here with a few friends for a night out, I ordered the meat sweats however this was not the highlight of my night. My waitress Chloe was so energetic and upbeat and gave over the top service, she was always coming to my table and constantly kept my shots coming even taking a few with me to keep the night alive my friends loved her i loved her definitely looking forward to my next night with Chloe.Kid-friendliness: This is probably not the place for younger people but adults will love it!“

“Continuing a Lamar University tradition, Kampus Korner offers great food, cold beer and now mixed drinks. The new owners rebuilt the old but beloved restaurant into a fantastic looking place. They kept much of the old menu and added many new items.“

“I have multiple food allergies that can de nerve wracking trying to eat somewhere new. We were staying at the hotel next to this restaurant, and I was tired from being on the road most of the day. I called over and spoke with a manager to see if they would be able to accommodate my many allergies. And I was presently surprised to find out I would have a variety of options, this is rare for me.So we walked over to the restaurant a few hours later. The manager I spoke to on the phone told me to let my waitress know that I needed to talk to him to order. Well Adriana, the manager, was delighted to help prepare me a meal that I wanted and double and triple checked ingredients to make sure it would be safe.My meal was really yummy and safe! And my partners meal looked and smelled amazing even if I couldn't eat it.We had the fried mozzarella balls to start, and then I had the chicken & shrimp combo with broccoli. My partner had the meatball parmesan sub with fries.My allergies all fall outside the top 9. They are corn, coconut, honey, tomato, onion, mint, ginger, and cinnamon.Our waitress was attentive as well.Dietary restrictions: Very good about handling food allergies.“
