I decided to take a Saturday drive and check it out. Wonderful surprises were waiting for me! Had the Monkey Bread Muffin and purchased the cheesecake with apple topping for later. “My favorite custom orders include: Strawberry mini cakes Vanilla Honey mini cakes Vegan Chocolate cake with raspberry puree in the center Peanut butter cookies Peanut butter pie Chocolate Mousse Pie The cake is so moist and delicious! Also they only use maple syrup, honey, and coconut sugar so I don't feel guilty eating the treats since paleo ingredients are better for the body.“

“Snap Kitchen has been in my meal rotation for 10+ YEARS! At this point, I can’t live without it. As a single person who is health conscious but doesn’t have much time to meal plan, shop, and cook—the combination of convenience, healthy options, and flavor make them a no-brainer. With mailed meal kits, you still have to cook the food. With HEB meals, you have to heat them in the oven for 20 minutes and the variety is meh. Delivered frozen meals like Factor don’t taste nearly as good as Snap’s fresh food. And Snap Kitchen food is ready in 2 minutes MAX. The food is really tasty and I never have to think about what I’m going to eat that day. Huge mental load just **vanishes**. Plus, with most meals between $11-$16, it’s less expensive than eating out or ordering off DoorDash, which always happens even when I buy groceries and cook because I can’t do it every day. I can’t say enough, so here’s more, haha: With their app, I can pick all of my lunches and dinners for the week and even have them DELIVERED. Planning, shopping, cooking for the entire week is done in 15 minutes! And orders of $100 or more on the app qualify for free delivery. They offer breakfast options, too… Sometimes I’ll pick those as lunches or dinners to mix things up. Snap just makes life so much simpler and gives me time back to spend with friends, take care of my dogs, take on extra projects, or just chill. The ONLY complaint I have is the plastic packaging. I take the food out of the plastic to microwave it, but I feel bad throwing it away because I don’t have recycling in my area. (If anything truly gets recycled in Texas…) Before COVID, Snap used compostable packaging. I would love to see those come back! Anyway, highly recommend giving them a try 🙌🏻“

“We came to pick up Gluten Free bread for my daughter who needs to now be GF. We also prefer eating GF when possible. We had the rotisserie chicken sandwich with house made pickles and a cup of bone broth. BOTH were excellent! They also said they were seed oil free which is a game changer for us. We do NOT eat seed oils as much as possible. The bread has been fantastic also. Its a little pricey but i feel worth it for the quality you get.“

The exterior is inviting, and interior is well-decorated. It isn’t flashy or cluttered, it’s actually more elegant wish a few dashes of Latin American flair

The menu offers a variety of Tex-Mex staples as well as some signature dishes. There’s an extensive margarita list. Fun fact, Pico’s boasts “the birthplace of the shaker margarita.”

The food was delicious, the drinks hit the spot, the ambiance was lovely, and the service was impeccable

They will bring you complimentary chips and salsa. The red salsa is an almost marinara flavor which I actually really enjoy, and the green sauce is delicious. If you want more chips or sauces you can just ask (free of charge)

If you’re a margarita fan I would definitely try one of their signature margarita drinks

“Their Cinnamon Crunch donut is so good! Their sugar glazed was generous, and the sausage kolaches are delicious too. This place cooks the jalapeno with the sausage together--it's way better done here than at Le Donut 3 miles away (which surprisingly has the same 4.6 rating as Christy's). There the jalapeño is just sliced and put next to the meat. That being said, Christy's please put more cheese in your kolaches! It's hardly there.“

“I love Crave Cupcakes! Honestly, these are the best cupcakes ever. I love that they offer gluten free options and that everything is freshly made daily.

My favorites are the strawberry and old fashioned cupcakes. They are always so soft, flavorful, and perfectly balanced in sweetness.

I also really appreciate that they have all natural ingredient treats for pups, which is such a thoughtful touch ( my pup loves it too).

Customer service is always on point and the staff is consistently welcoming and helpful.

“Their lemon tart is the best I have ever tried. This bakery is just constantly looking for perfection. Their specials on Saturday are Michelin star level. It is worth every penny and their service is really good. There is a long line on Saturday morning but it moves quick once they open.“

“Unexpected find! I googled pet friendly restaurants and this was at the top of the search results. I was impressed with the quality and freshness of the food. The portion size is huge, if we visit again we will probably split an entree.

The patio is nice for pet families. The staff offered to move an umbrella over for us to provide more shade. A large bowl of fresh water was delivered accompanied by two large milk bone treats for our pups.
