“Really like Jersey Mike’s, and am glad they opened a store in Bellaire...BUT...the past 3 times I’ve been in there, the Team Members were NOT wearing masks properly - had mouth covered with nose sticking out. As food preparation workers, they need to be more conscious - for their customers!“

“My subway rewards don't work. Always greeted upon entering. My sandwich is always so good. Close to my job so I don't spend too much of my lunch getting food. I always go to this location. The restrooms are located on the outside.“

“Barnaby’s never has given me bad service. Every location, including this one. The food is amazing with large portions. I have never had any anything I never disliked even though 50% of the time when I go there, I always order lasagna because it’s like hands-down my favorite thing on the menu. Everything else I have there is delicious. The salads are huge and it’ll take days to eat them. I recently had the French dip which is another favorite item of mine. I had my birthday dinner there two days ago at the Fairview location and everything was perfect. The staff did an amazing job accommodating the amount of guests I had. I had around 18 people and they were able to accommodate it without even having a reservation and that’s really hard to find especially this time of the year during the holiday season. It’s really hard having a December birthday considering people are celebrating the holidays and most restaurants tend to be super busy than usual and I appreciate everything the restaurant did the night of my birthday. It couldn’t have been any better. Thank you guys for giving me such a good birthday experience with all of my friends being together. The staff is always incredible going above and beyond. The food is always very delicious and large portions. If I could give any recommendations, I would love for you guys to get more cake flavors. I think red velvet would be amazing for you guys. However, I really appreciate everything you all did. Thank you.“

“Charley's came to my life extremely randomly, I have never heard of it until today! I was in Walmart and just got done with doing inventory at all three of my properties, I currently manage in Houston, and I saw this restaurant in the Walmart that I had never seen before. The pictures looked delicious, and I just had to try one of their cheesesteaks. The Walmart I frequent in Atlanta has a Subway inside of it and I'll be honest I am not a fan of Subway, I was starving while shopping then suddenly I was overcome with joy because I got to try a new place.
When I got to the register there was no one in line so I was taking my sweet time making my choices, I ended up going with the classic cheesesteak and a real blueberry lemonade, the cashier was really young and we had a casual conversation while my food was being made.
I got my order and I was so hungry I decided that I was going to eat right then and there. The space was really big, they had plenty of tables and chairs, they actually had a cool backdrop and throne you can take pictures on! It's really cool to see. If I had someone with me, I would have taken a flick.
The food was tasty, I honestly don't know if it was because I had not eaten all day, and my taste buds were heightened, but my cheesesteak tasted a bit salty. Again, in their defense, I worked out and played basketball all day without eating, so that could throw my taste out of whack. With all that being said, the food was good, very filling, I do believe I received an adequate amount of food that I paid for, and that is always something to smile about. Next time, I am going to try their chicken and one of their milkshakes.“

“My husband and I have been coming off and on (honestly we need to go more!!) for about 6 months after passing by it for years on the way to other stuff and MAN do we regret not coming earlier! We mostly get the Italian Sub on Zesty Parmesan and oh my goodness its the best sub sandwich in Houston, I would put money on it! We call in our orders and it never takes more than 5-10 minutes, which is conveniently the drive time to get there from our house. Not to mention the owners are the friendliest people in the entire world, developing deep relationships with all their clientele. They had our orders memorized by the second order. Can't recommend them enough!“

They have a variety of selection of chips and drinks including small brands. The food came out really quickly and there was free water and a restroom for customers. “If you are looking for flavor thats not the same thing you eat for lunch everyday this is a good change of pace. I got the “Houston Philly cheese steak with pinkertons brisket” . The flavor and quality were great. It was a little strong on the garlic flavor and dried onions flavor. The house sour dough is outstanding. I wish the sandwich was a little hotter temperature wise.“

But to have the cashier remind everyone that they can add a tip, “though it’s not required” comes across as pushy or demanding. The tip jar is right there. The computer screen even suggests it. And I do tip. But I am uncomfortable being put in a position where I feel pushed to leave one.“

I like their croissant BBQ chicken and grilled pork sandwiches. Their Vietnamese sandwiches are absolutely delicious. The cashier is always friendly to the customers. Most customers order the sandwiches to go. There are a few dining tables for people to sit down and enjoy their sandwiches, but many customers just order to go. The store's atmosphere is not cozy.“
