We chose to try this place to support the boldness that the owner publicly expressed when posting about Charlie Kirk just after the tragedy. This place did not disappoint. The brisket quesadilla, chicken fried steaks, and chicken salad were set apart. We WILL be back!“

“I've been here several times with my family and I have never had one single disappointment. The staff is friendly and fast and they are quick to take your order and get your food out to you hot and fresh. The place is small and in an old building but the inside is very nice and clean and has plenty of room for families of four to eat. It has plenty of parking and always nice clean restrooms. The food is definitely home style cooked always fresh and it does not disappoint. There are many things on their menu that you can't find anywhere else so I suggest you try the place it's definitely worth trying.“

“I had the 4pc chicken tenders and fries. Man i was expecting puny little ole tenders like you normally get. Nope these were huge. You really dont need a side when you get the tenders. And you don't get just a measely hand full of skinny fast food fries. These are thick fries more like what you see in a steak house but still stick fries not wedges. They give you enough gravy to dip your tenders in and the fries (if you so choose) and still enough to lick out of the bowl it'sjust thick enough to stick but thin enough to drip a little aka just right. Seasoning was good too. Prices are good for the amount of food you get.“

“Really good food. First time coming here we usually go to apple bees but we went here instead of wow the food was ten times better. My salmon was cooked to perfection and Mac and cheese was fantastic. Waitress was really nice and also gave us refills when we didn’t even ask for them like we have to do at some places. also came and checked on us often which was what a waitress should do! Food came out fast too! We waited probably 15 mins and our food was out! Really good place to go.“

“My best friend was in town, we wanted to find a bar that was showing the Seahawks game. We showed up, they put the game on the big screen for us. Our bartender, Nearest was awesome! He gave some recommendation for food, which turned out to be all great! The nachos were outstanding! Will be back soon!“

“It's no wonder the parking lot is always packed when I drive by. My folks and I didn't have to wait at all for a table. The wait staff were very friendly, attentive, and quiet knowledgeable regarding the menu. The dishes came out pretty quick, and the food was awesome. With how good the food is, along with the excellent service, the prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere is great. I would highly recommend coming here if anyone is in the Temple, TX area. As a heads-up, they do not take reservations, so plan accordingly.“
