“I rarely order capuccino out bc I'm so picky. Theirs was spot on. Started off with good quality coffee. My friend has told me about local water buffalo milk and I learned also from the employee. It's very good for people who can't tolerate milk from regular jersey cows. All of their ingredients are clean. It's good to see a small business thriving. There were other customers stopping in too. I highly recommend this place if you are traveling Blanco.“

“We were passing through Blanco TX. We decided to turn around because we saw this bakery in the middle of nowhere. This was the best spare of the moment turn around ever! This place was amazing!! Do not leave there without grabbing some of the baked apple caramel loaf. The mini pies were amazing I’m so glad we stopped here this place just made my day!“
