“10/10! I had the pleasure of trying multiple menu items and all were high quality and tasted incredible!!! Best burger of our trip, cozy soul healing homemade cream of mushroom soup, the bulgolgi pork fries are layered with flavor and won’t disappoint! Highly recommend trying the Caesar salad too… the dressing was fresh and the sourdough croutons were the perfect crunchy finish! Better believe we grabbed a world famous Texas sized cinnamon roll from downstairs. Life changing! Very satisfied with the food and service, top notch!“

“My husband and I decided to try out this place since we are going to Spain for our 25th anniversary in 2026. Wanted to get a feel for a Spanish Tapas bar. El Botero did not disappoint, everything was very delicious. They were only out of one item (apparently this happens occasionally because they do not make bulk items. Everything is made to order) so hopefully we’ll try that next time. We shared seven different items from the menu… The scallop ceviche was our favorite! I did not get photos of everything because we just dug right in without thinking about this review…

We enjoyed a really nice bottle of Tempranillo from Rioja. Our server was very attentive and a delight to interact with. We went early around 5:30PM so it wasn’t too busy…they have indoor and outdoor seating. We chose a small indoor table for the two of us.

It was not too noisy, they were playing some Spanish music that could have been turned down, just a tad, but it wasn’t so loud we couldn’t talk to each other

They also have free parking on site but you have to look for the blue signs that don’t require you pay to park.“

“Pizza options are very good. There was live music. It was not too loud that you couldn't hear. Decent beer selection but if you want something stronger you have to go to their sister restaurant bar next door to get it. Don't know why the wait staff can't ring it in and get it for you? They have byob for a coring fee so that is nice“
