“I came in here today expecting to get the usual salad and maybe a drink or two, but I was greeted with the most warming, welcoming, and friendly customer service I think I've ever received. Andrew, Miguel, Ricky, and Justin are amazing people and even better employees. They hastily and accurately made my salad with no issues whatsoever while keeping a lighthearted conversation the entire time. Additionally, they offered me recommendations on what to add to my salad which exponentially improved my experience here at this salata. I will be happily returning to this salata and will be recommending it to my friends.“

“My wife and I do a lunch date once a week, and we saw Salt And Sugar had a lunch menu. I went with the lunch combo with a Club Sandwich and the Pot Pie soup. It was incredible! The bread was fresh and the sandwich was loaded with sliced meats and crispy bacon. The Pot Pie soup had large juicy chucks of in house roasted chicken. The combo also comes with a shortbread cookie. I chose the cherry almond. This is an amazing lunch spot that should be packed during lunch time in Old Katy.“

“This is an excellent spot to grab some tasty pizza and salads! The staff are very enthusiastic and attentive. Lunch was super busy today, but they made sure to make everyone feel welcome and did not rush anyone through the line. “Tonight was the worst experience I've had with Chick-Fil-A. I went to the one on Pin Oak and ordered a meal at the drive thru. It was standard procedure (the girl at drive thru was very nice). As they do, she asked if I wanted sauce. I said yes. I got to the window and they gave me my meal. After arriving home, there was zero sauce. The receipt showed that I should have gotten 5. Now, please understand that my daughter makes this concoction that doesn't work without the sauce. So, I had to drive back to CFA to ge the sauce. I called just before I pulled in and spoke with a female, explained the situation and asked if someone could bring it out to me at the drive thru. I told her what vehicle I was driving and that I was sitting at the Pedestrian Crosswalk. No one showed up. As I sat and waited the line cleared in front of me and another female employee asked me to move up to the window. I explained why I was sitting there and she stated that they would have it at the window. I proceeded to the window where I was met with multiple employees who looked and acted clueless. They all just shrugged their shoulders at each other. Finally, as the ridiculousness of the situation sank in, i decided to call back. This time I spoke with a gentleman. Ultimately I did get the CFA sauce, but the struggle was real. It seems as though service has dropped at this location. Just very disappointed.“
