“I came in here today expecting to get the usual salad and maybe a drink or two, but I was greeted with the most warming, welcoming, and friendly customer service I think I've ever received. Andrew, Miguel, Ricky, and Justin are amazing people and even better employees. They hastily and accurately made my salad with no issues whatsoever while keeping a lighthearted conversation the entire time. Additionally, they offered me recommendations on what to add to my salad which exponentially improved my experience here at this salata. I will be happily returning to this salata and will be recommending it to my friends.“

“Tonight was the worst experience I've had with Chick-Fil-A. I went to the one on Pin Oak and ordered a meal at the drive thru. It was standard procedure (the girl at drive thru was very nice). As they do, she asked if I wanted sauce. I said yes. I got to the window and they gave me my meal. After arriving home, there was zero sauce. The receipt showed that I should have gotten 5. Now, please understand that my daughter makes this concoction that doesn't work without the sauce. So, I had to drive back to CFA to ge the sauce. I called just before I pulled in and spoke with a female, explained the situation and asked if someone could bring it out to me at the drive thru. I told her what vehicle I was driving and that I was sitting at the Pedestrian Crosswalk. No one showed up. As I sat and waited the line cleared in front of me and another female employee asked me to move up to the window. I explained why I was sitting there and she stated that they would have it at the window. I proceeded to the window where I was met with multiple employees who looked and acted clueless. They all just shrugged their shoulders at each other. Finally, as the ridiculousness of the situation sank in, i decided to call back. This time I spoke with a gentleman. Ultimately I did get the CFA sauce, but the struggle was real. It seems as though service has dropped at this location. Just very disappointed.“

“Check your food before leaving. Often missing items. No apology or sense of urgency in correcting the problem, just asked if I was sure I was missing the item. Fries are slso soggy and cold.“
