UPDATE! I went back June 7 and they got it right!!! Happy camper now!! Back to 4 Stars 😊🫡. (Posted new picture)
I asked for lettuce on my burger and I DIDN'T get any added lettuce on my burger. I got a second burger that I also asked for added lettuce and there wasn't any lettuce on that burger either, so annoying.

Jack in the Box has ample parking and is wheelchair accessible with large doors and ramps. The spicy chicken and curly fries were noted as good, and customer service was described as really great. The restaurant offers reasonably priced meals, and they were willing to make a fresh batch of curly fries despite being empty. The international late-night services at other locations have had issues with incorrect orders. The manager, possibly named Johanna, was praised for her customer service.
