“I recommended J Cody’s Steaks & BBQ for your catering events. I had tasted them at another event and put my request in for menu choices for our event. I already knew the steak was really good. However, I was not sure if they were affordable for a non-profit event. I was greatly surprised and had no questions about the menu selection. They worked with us on several things to smooth things out. And those things even fell through, you would not have known it did. Their staff was so gracious and stepped in and helped us out. I am forever grateful for the service, the kindness, and the incredible food. Thank you for helping us have a successful event“

“Got the Texas Smoker Potato and the my ma got the 3 piece Chicken tenders, naked with a side of cream gravy.

The Texas Smoker was hefty and had a good sauce to potato ratio. Even though it looks absolutely drenched, once you fork a bit of brisket, Colby Jack, rib tips, and potato it turns out perfect.

Be careful of the rib tips, they still have small pieces of cartilage running through them as you would expect.

The chicken strips reminded my ma of DQ strips from the early 2000's. She was plenty happy with it for the price.

“10/10, they have fast service and are kind. I asked questions to see what would fit best and the staff was very accommodating!! Brisket was so amazing, I didn’t even need a knife to cut it, it broke apart perfectly. Sausage was cheesy and great, and the mac and cheese was so tasty. “We saw Roni’s on Tik Tok so we drove from 2 hours away to come try it. We came during winter break so the store was dead, however the staff was nice but ordering is done in a touch pad.

Food was great. Decently recommend doing the double cheese as I did and it was a great texture vs my BF did the regular and if was light after all the toppings.

Price: For the both of us with added topping and two fountain drinks was about 37$. Portions were average. I’m a light eater and felt full. My bf said he could eat two. 😂“

“Came early in the afternoon between 10 and 11. Total was 16 bucks before tip. Though there is a small upcharge for ordering it moist, regular brisket is 2 bucks cheaper. At 16 bucks assuming you order it moist its 3 dollars cheaper than 1775 for the same portion of brisket.

I came wednesday morning on a weekday and there was no wait.

Im not really a barbecue connoisseur, but the brisket was good even compared to 1775 if you ask me. I guess there was less bark, but the brisket was just as tender and moist. You won't be disappointed with the moist brisket here.

“Beef rib was huge and so good. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, huge dining, turf area outside with porch seating. Full bar and huge dining with televisions. The sides were amazing…cream corn, twice baked potatoes, oh and the desserts, so good! Cobblers and Blue Bell. Homemade banana pudding too! Best part…the meat includes pinto beans, bread and all the fixings! There is something for everyone…including frozen margaritas!“

“This was a great experience overall!! Delicious food followed by a delightful tea!! Wonderful service! We've never been here before nor eaten a lot of Korean food so had several questions. They were so nice to answer any and all questions. We left very satisfied and happy! We will definitely eat here again!!“

“We just had the BEST meal and experience at Gate 12 Bar & Grill! We will definitely be going back. We went for our toddler to watch planes which it was perfect for! We saw tons of planes and it was a really cool restaurant. What I didn’t realize was how delicious the food would be. I got the smoked mesquite turkey sandwich with sweet potato fries. It was devine!!!! So much flavor and great combo of ingredients. The jam, turkey, and bacon together was phenomenal. The sweet potato fries came with a type of cinnamon butter dipping sauce that I will be dreaming about. My husband got the BLT with regular fries and my toddler got grilled cheese with fruit. They both loved their meals and the portion sizes are big. My toddler’s meal was a full size meal. The staff was top-notch! Very professional, kind, informative, and attentive. So thoroughly impressed with this restaurant! A new favorite for sure. The experience alone is great, but wow what a great restaurant on its own.“
