“I usually order pick-up through the drive thru. Usually the wait is not long and the food comes out hot and fresh. There have been a couple times where they have forgotten like 1 side but overall usually pretty good food and service. I continue to eat there fairly regularly.“

The food is great, I loved the lomein combo, the fried rice combo and the General Tso's Chicken. The service is unmatched, Gilberto is the best, he is very attentive to his clients. “Just tried Song La for the first time today. Shirley was so incredibly friendly and the food was fantastic. I spent 3 months in Taiwan before moving to Austin and was craving some Taiwanese fried chicken and this hit the spot. Plus, everything is made to order and comes out super fresh (that said, don't come in a rush, make sure you've got a little time to enjoy their new spot at The Thicket and hang for a bit). Whether you've had Taiwanese food before and are craving it or just want to try some incredible fried chicken in a cool South Austin spot, definitely give them a try. ❤“

“What a great place for a tasty lunch and Abigail took great care of us! We dropped by and I ordered a lunch special lemon chicken. The egg drop soup had nice flavor with a hint of spice that I loved. The egg rolls were also yummy. The lemon chicken is remarkable because the lemon sauce seems to be made with real lemon peel and you can taste the difference. We're locals and will return here soon..definitely recommend this place!“

“This place has become our go-to for great Chinese food at a great price! It's super quick, the restaurant is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have fast delivery too. Not only do they have a ton of Chinese food dishes, they have a few really good Vietnamese options on the menu too. You can't beat their Wok on Fire Special menu: which is basically the price of the dish at any other place but also comes with an egg roll, cup of soup, and 2 chicken wings. Great Chinese food and best value around for sure.“

“Great little place kind of off the beaten path. It has survived and been in the same location for over 25 years, so I think that speaks volumes for its food quality. I I have never had the slightest disappointment in its food. It was take out only, but they now are open again for restaurant dining.“

“It is a place that focuses on price and performance and has affordable prices. For those who don't know, you can choose 3 or 4 different dishes from the buffet inside and eat them. I can say that they make very clean and delicious meals. I recommend it.“
