“We made a reservation here for my boyfriend’s birthday and had an amazing time! We sat outside on the deck, and the ambiance was great. The sourdough and smoked salmon dip was delicious and everyone loved their entrees. Molly, our server, was absolutely fantastic! She brought a dessert out for my boyfriend with a candle at the end of our meal and played a harmonica while we sang happy birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better night. Will be back again!“

“Well I would say yes & no! Nice place but the way the tables are set up is horrible. There isn’t a stage so if you are sitting at the small tables you can’t see the band that is performing because the higher table are in front. I think that the higher tables should go against the wall where the picnic table is or towards the back and the smaller tables should be up front. There are some people who are unable to sit and the higher tables but are unable to see the band other then that’s it’s a pretty nice place.“

“Last time we were here Melinda was fantastic! Her suggestions were on point and the food was delicious! She is def one to ask for when you come by. Perfect brunch place! Join the waitlist ahead of time, they are busy and I COMPLETELY understand why. This week Heather was delightful, food was fantastic, and Zach the GM stopped by the make sure our visit went great! It’s a 10/10 for me. See you again next week, Snooze!“

“Flora is a great South Austin spot, especially if you have kids! The food was really good, the drinks were good, and they have a great happy hour—but as a dad, the playground is what really won me over.
I’m always looking for places where I can actually enjoy myself while my son gets to have fun too. Give me good food, a drink, a patio, and a playground where he can run around and make friends while I relax and keep an eye on him, and you’ve pretty much earned my business. 😂
We were having such a good time that I completely forgot to take pictures of the food, but of course I got pictures of the playground. Priorities! Dad life.
The food was definitely better than just “decent,” though. Good Mexican food, good drinks, a great happy hour, and an awesome setup for families. Places like this will always rank high on my list. We’ll definitely be back!“

“I came here recently in August, and this place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, the staff was so sweet, friendly, and welcoming. The food was delicious, and the drinks were even better!
