“Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Korn was our server. She was very friendly and kept a lively conversation going. We had chips queso and salsa along with a few drinks. She also brought out our to go order too.“

“Burgers were great! We had a big party with 10 boys and sat upstairs. Helped keep our kids out of the locals way so they could enjoy their meals. Upstairs has a covered balcony. Sodas are not mainstream brand, the Root Beer is very good and the beer was cold!!“

“This restaurant really went above and beyond, not only in the quality of the food, but in the situation I experienced after Uber Eats failed to properly deliver my order.

Fish City Grill made sure that everything was made right without even being asked.

When I arrived, I could tell the staff had worked together in addressing the issue that Uber Eats had created.

“Write a google review for e restaurant we had my son’s 30th birthday brunch. Everyone was very helpful, and food was good! Wish we had a server that was more attentive were we did not have to get our own coffees and a waitress I could find easily. I will say that management helped a lot but I wish we had a waitress that was more available. Now for the location that they put us in it was amazing, but my problem was is when the door was shut it made it hard to hear everybody. I would recommended a party here but suggest these options.“

“I visited for the first time due to Andrew Sevener performing and loved the atmosphere. Everyone was extremely friendly from the time I walked in. One of the bartenders, who was working near the stage, kept my drinks safe while I went to the bathroom. As someone who's frequently out alone, I couldn't have appreciated that more! Then Kim texted me my picture with Andrew and invited me back. What a nice group of people. It was my first time in Burleson, TX and I felt very welcomed. The food and drinks were great as well. “Heard this place was a rough spot for years and finally tried it. Staff remembers my name and drink order every time I walk in, regulars are about as friendly as a dive bar gets, the owner is usually there and is a really cool guy and a veteran to boot. Don't be a jackass and you'll probably have an amazing time!“

So we said let's try Waffle House on Renfro. There was a place for all seven of us to sit and they weren't completely slammed, but yet they were still busy. I'll tell you, I've been coming to this location for at least 15 years and i've never had a bad meal here, ever. Today was no exception. The way that the staff worked with each other in tandem with the servers was something to watch. Surprisingly, our waitress and the other ones that were there, kept cool under pressure and handled us with grace and attentiveness. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood and was in amazing spirits since it was Christmas. So big thanks to the entire staff that handled the 7 of us and as well as everyone else that was there today!“

“This is my local place to go “you know where everyone knows your name” Thursday is my favorite day to go because I know I won’t be ignored. Julez is hands down the best bartender here. Even if it is busy her communication and customer service is immaculate. I would visit more often if all of the bar staff was like her or if she worked more days. The only reason for not a 5 star rating is I was in last night 9/9 to have a couple beers and go home but after me and my friends 1 beer we felt ignored. So I walked to the POS to pay them we left. It wasn’t even that busy.“
