Chipotle Mexican Grill in Burleson

“Went here this evening with my family and it was my first time eating chipotle (I know, but yes seriously) and it was great! Everything was fresh because they were busy, I’m picky about my guac and it was delicious. I bought 3 bowls, tacos, chips, guac and went back for chips and queso, tried it all and everything was great, a big fan of the rice. We all had various meats, and I had ordered steak and rice for my 6 year old who likes Mexican, but without asking I did not expect the meat to be so spicy, it doesn’t really look it, I assumed it had fajita type seasoning. 10/10 customer service to the gentlemen who replaced it without hesitation, explained the seasonings and got a new plate with their pork and rice, and he apologized and did not charge me for the replacement. His attitude, demeanor, very kind and understanding. Would recommend, will be back.“

“I give it a one-star hit because the guy making my order wrote the wrong thing on the lid. I ordered a kids' queso with steak, which is 5.00, but he wrote BYD, which is a build your own kids meal that is 5.90 . The food was fine. The restaurant was clean. He just needed to pay attention, and as a customer, we apparently needed to double-check his work to make sure we weren't overcharged.“
