“Was going somewhere for breakfast but the wait was insane. I left and found this AMAZING place and it did not disappoint! I enjoyed this meal! My whole family did! The best breakfast I've had since relocating here from Michigan 5 years ago! You all are amazing! I will be back ❤️ UPDATE: went back again the following weekend, THEN ordered AGAIN Sunday from instacart! Amazing each time 😄😄“

“Friday morning is the time to come. My husband and I's schedule coincided that we decide to come to try out that $6 menu. We received immediate attention fast, friendly service. Only a few other patrons here. While the menu options are limited the ham and cheddar omelette for both proved satisfying. Just enough food that we weren't gorging ourselves on their typical American sized portions. Everything came out fresh and fast and was delicious. The whole meal for both was$20! Where can you get that nowadays. Will return on the weekday if possible.“

“This place is fantastic! I've been a number of times & the service is always friendly & efficient. Food tried has included the Veggie Omelet, California Benedict (could use a bit more crumbled bacon), Bagel & Lox, Cinnamon Roll French Toast, & Turkey Avocado Wrap. All delicious! Pancakes & waffles come with drizzled cream cheese icing. Wasn't sure about this, but was So good! Servings are very generous. Definitely going back again!“

“Sitting in a booth, waiting on our food, and wanted to leave a review strictly on the quality of service!!! We were greeted outside with the manager holding the door open for us, we were immediately sat, and our server, Aleny, is the kindest! I came in with a coffee that wasn’t great, and she offered to take it to the back and put their own syrup in it! Usually, places will tell you no outside food or drinks so this was very refreshing! “I had breakfast yesterday for the first time here, and the food was amazing. My friend had the banana and Nutella crepes. She said they were delicious. I had scrambled eggs and ham and the portions were awesome. Our server Isaac was excellent. We plan to return and try having lunch. I would recommend this little cafe, it's very spacious, the service is excellent; the food is delicious, and the coffee is great“

“This Manager was so amazing and funny. He was sitting at the door half sleep making sure his staff was secured. When you walk in the door, basically the entire staff is looking at you. Therefore, I put my hands on my hip and said, don't worry, I'm just here for the food and a good time! The entire kitchen started laughing with relief. We told some jokes and had a good time. It was Father's Day and it's a very tiny old stuffy type of joint with good food.“

“My wife and I eat breakfast almost every weekend after our morning workout. It’s a little bit of “our time” on the weekend and the staff and food has always been great. But a few weeks ago they were busy and although the meal was good the service was a little lacking and upon checkout our server’s assistant was short and seemed irritated. We were surprised and as we left were talking about it and hostess overheard and we saw her go back and immediately say something to our server. We chalked it up to being short staffed and busy. Came back the next week and everything was great. Came again today and everything was great AND our server from the bad day waited on us and was great. Here’s the part that impressed me, as we were checking out she stopped and apologized for the service from a couple weeks before, didn’t make excuses, said she’d addressed the issue with her assistant and thanked us for coming back. Apologizing is a lost art, and we appreciated it so much that not only did she not get defensive she remembered the situation, it had clearly been on her mind since that day and she wanted to make it right. That tells me Barney’s is here for the long haul and has leadership that is inspiring the employees. Great job Barney’s! We will continue to our weekend breakfast dates for a long long time.“

“The location on Preston just south of Park in Plano was convenient and lots of parking was available this past Friday at 9am. The ambiance with the Orange lamp shades and green leather upholstery, nice booths, is up-market and uplifting. We were surprised that it was not busy but perhaps 9am on Friday is already the tail end of breakfast?
Ahsanii was our server and really made the experience for us delightful. She knew her menu, had great suggestions, and had a happy and joyful demeanor. Without doubt, a server like Ahsanii makes the difference no matter what reputation a restaurant may have. She checked in regularly, ensured our food was out on time, and our coffee was topped up. The food was great and well presented.

“What a great and delicious hidden gem for that donut craving! 😋 So good the Dart buses stop for donuts! 😂 They are conveniently located on Spring Valley not far from the tollway so it makes for quick in out for that morning commute.
Excellent variety and if you need more than sweets they have fantastic freshly made breakfast sandwiches! It’s family owned and operated and they are as sweet as the donuts they make! Always smiling! 😁“
