The staff was friendly and helpful when explaining the menu and what their favorite items were. We will be back.“

“So the place looks dated but it's STILL the BEST burgers!! There are very few places, especially fast food places, that I can say make a truly great burger and Burger Street is right up there!! It's been my favorite fast food burger for over 30 years and when we went there a few months back it was just as good!! “Food: five stars. The number three is the best in DFW period. I ask friends and co-workers who say they’re going to chick fil a if they’ve heard of this place and answer is always no. Once you experience the number three with everything on it along with the cajun fries you realize this place owns the chicken sandwich.

Service: five stars. You’re issued a number which is called promptly when your order is complete. Take out is good but the dine in is awesome when consumed right away.

Atmosphere: five stars.The owner owns most of the food establishments in this parking area and it shows. The establishment have a lot pride and are kept clean.“

“It was my 2nd time at this location. I was celebrating my GF's birthday week (not day, but week). Who does that? She's so cute. Service was good. We were greeted warmly, and I even received a compliment on my attire. The only issue was the pancakes (the world famous pancakes), they were a little on the cool side. The butter refused to melt. The server took them back to reheat them. Everything else was good after that. We ordered the 2x2x2 off the 55+ menu. AARP rules. Note: the 1% milk tasted like 2%.“

“Based on an afternoon lobby order: the place was clean, and so were the bathrooms. A young lady took my order and the order actually came out how I ordered it (few locations are like this). I went back to my car, finished my meal, and decided to go back in for a caramel frappe—again came out exactly how I ordered it, and by that I mean correct. Will be back.“
