“I wasn’t expecting much at first, but as soon as I walked through the door, I was blown away by the pristine atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and the vibe was welcoming. My server, Britney, was incredibly patient and kind, making sure I had everything I needed without rushing me at all. I ordered the 5-piece mixed chicken, and WOW. I was not disappointed. The chicken was tender and packed with flavor, with perfectly crispy skin that added just the right crunch. All around, an easy 5 stars both for the delicious food and top notch service! I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“Located in a highly populated area which means longer wait times and difficult parking. We got lucky and was able to get a close parking spot to pick up our takeout order. Took 45 mins for it to be ready and was not hot when we got it since it sat out on the table along with the tons of other togo orders. At least it still maintained it's crunch I guess“

“"Damn these prices are kinda high" because it's WORTH it. Have eaten dine-in a few months ago and ordered take out recently. Bone-in and tenders. Normal and crispy. Both times I had almost a religious experience with how tasty, juicy, and amazingly filling these are. I totally recommend the cabbage salad as a side with the chicken because it is such an amazingly delicious combo. Trust. Some real good shit. Amazing. Delicious. Kid-friendliness: When dining in they give each person a one-use plastic glove to eat with (since it's messy). If you get bone-in there's also a little trash can on the table to toss the bones. Very helpful to keep the little ones hands (and plates) clean and tidy! Friendly atmosphere.“

I'm Korean and I really, really like chicken. I've tried many brands of chicken, and today I tried cm chicken for the first time... I tried it without any expectations, but I was surprised that it was so delicious and the chicken was so fresh. It's usually frozen. They use chicken, but I don't think I've ever had chicken this fresh even in Korea. Please keep the quality and taste of cm chicken, which lets you eat such fresh chicken, continue to operate for a long time.

“This one is very, very hard to accurately rate because I have major pros & cons on both sides.

Pros -
Service is friendly
Place does look neat from a local fast food perspective
Food was actually good with the tenders being BIG which is a very good thing and they tend to have this 75% Golden Chick & 25% Roy Rogers taste to them
Fries bags have this classic white/orange/yellow colors which I deeply miss

Cons -
Tables has on the far left too many plants on them
This particular location has a very old man with a respirator lying on the tables on the other side which just makes it feel very uncomfortable
Their trash were not working so we had to throw away our trash in a plastic bin

If they would A) move out all of the plants on the table and B) not have this creepy somewhat dying hobo lying on the other tables where it should be reserved for customers to eat (plus this guy belongs in either an old folks home or the hospital and not laying down in a fast food restaurant aka a place of business), then my ranking would be higher.

I need to check out the other locations before I would give a definitive ranking of this chain as a whole. The food is definitely good, don’t get me wrong, but if you just get food from here then either order take out and eat in the car, drive through, or order directly from Door Dash / Uber. Once they clean up their establishment by fixing these issues, then I would definitely recommend eating there.“

They have the best managers here! My wife had a misconception. It was straightened out. We are now extremely happy. We love eating here.

1/3/22: went to new location on their first day of operation. The staff was fantastic. Of course the food was amazing. Especially love seeing the big cow.
