“Such a rude women. She use to work at the old Denton location, I literally stop going there because of her and now they moved her to this location. I won’t return to this location now. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I don’t know her name since she never wears her name tag. I think they she just remove her. “I don't get why this Subway location has such bad reviews. It's actually a good Subway, and that's saying something considering most Subway locations are really bad—like, roaches-inside-them bad. But seriously, I think the bad reviews come from people getting mad they don't accept coupons. What a bunch of babies.
In all seriousness, this location is actually good. The ingredients are fresh, and the sandwiches taste great. The staff are pretty cool too; they understand exactly what you're talking about, even if you describe things in your own way. The prices are fair, which is surprising since they’re usually inflated by franchise owners. Plus, this place is clean, unlike most other Subways that are usually filthy. So, in other words, this Subway definitely earns itself five stars.“
“It was generally quiet with music playing. There was one ahead of me and then two arrived behind me in terms of a line and it was very quick before I found myself sitting eating my meal. Bread was not dry or soggy and everything seemed fresh. I’ll come back to this one.“
“I placed two online orders to be picked up at eleven and Maria was the only one working when I came in. She was efficient and quick and very polite. My online order didn't get sent to her until about 10:45 AM in which consisted of 12 sandwiches. She was the only one working on them for about 10 minutes before another employee came in afor his shift and jumped right away to work. I'm very thankful for her efficiency and willingness to focus on my orders. She organized the sandwiches so they were easy to identify and just made the process very easy. Thank you so much!“
“Not sure what the problem is here for other customers (other than the high prices, but that has nothing to do with the food, quality or employees). We ordered two foot longs. Everything was perfect. Sandwiches were delicious. So, I recommend this location. Mostly, I think people just like to complain about everything. Seriously.“

I don't speak Spanish nor African languages, so I felt like talking to my boys. They high, I'm mad and my last son starving. What an experience, but my food orders was correct and fresh.“
