For entrées, we shared the Southwest Chicken Soufflé and the Mac & Cheese Soufflé. Both were divine — airy yet rich, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. I finished with the Blueberry Soufflé, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully airy. My husband had the Crème Brûlée, with its perfectly crisp top and creamy custard — classic and flawless. I don't eat swordfish because it's dry but our waiter, Kevin, promised we would not be disappointed and we weren't! Kevin is the best waiter in all of Dallas...always takes care of us. I had a Caesar salad with what I'm sure was homemade dressing and shrimp scampi which was great. My friend had a petite fillet which was served with garlic potatoes and asparagus. They brought out a high chair for my infant daughter and brought out all the food to the patio. It was such wonderful dining experience.
