“This is our five or six time here. The employees are great at Potranco rd in San Antonio ! We came for dinner and Kristy was awesome. The food is fresh and flavor is consistent. I highly recommend this location and restaurant!! Five stars and give Kristy a raise she’s great! The staff was quick and always smiling!!!!! The parking has shaded areas to the side. This is a must have in San Antonio. Excellent team!!!!!!!!❤️🙏🏻“

“Best burger (I got the 1604, double Pattie with Bacon) I’ve had in a LOOOONG time! I like a greasy burger (grease = flavor to me) and this didn’t disappoint. Burger is delicious!! Bacon was thick and cooked perfectly! Onion rings are great, taste home made (versus packaged frozen and fried), and mozzarella sticks are good (also look homemade, versus packaged frozen and fried). If people try their burgers, I expect to see a line out the door.“

“Please don't get me wrong. I love the steak burgers. I only went back because the started serving tater tots. I just don't like shoe string potatoes. I get there and they do not have tater tots anymore. You would think that with a steak burger you would get STEAK FRIES.
Still, I'll eat at Freddy's when I'm on a time crunch and there is nothing else nearby.“

“Debra made my sandwich and I was absolutely stunned by her service. When she was making my sandwich it felt like she could read my mind and she knew exactly what I wanted. I also wanted to get a cookie with my order but Debra was so sweet I would be pre-diabetic if I had taken any more sugar. She is singlehandedly keeping the store alive and I hope my kids grow up to be like her. If there were more people like her the world would be a better place.

“I've been coming here for years the prices have raised but then again prices have been going up everywhere the food portions are getting bigger and the tender strips are awesome homemade fried chicken fish sandwiches french fries onion rings Jalapeno Bombers I think they still have the fried okra there are always very busy especially during lunch they used to be open Saturdays but they're closed Saturdays and Sundays now only open Monday through Friday I love this place!“

“Thank you to the awesome staff at 5 Guys Westover Hills crew!!! We came in starving on 06/02 in the afternoon after a disappointing hour+ wait at another establishment a few shops over. We went to try something special in celebration of our daughter and her friend's accomplishments (5th grade graduation). We threw in the towel and walked down to be welcomed in by friendly faces, cold drinks & hot food within a matter of minutes! Our fries were over flowing and seasoned to perfection. The burgers were HOT with crisp bacon and lettuce. Our upset party including grumpy kids went straight into quiet from eating than laughing. Thank you again for helping us end the day what we set out to do, make their day a little more special. ❤️“

“I was craving a burger this morning. Just needed some meat. Dude, this burger was amazing! I can’t really tell you if the sauce, buns, fries, or shakes are any good, but that hamburger patty is stellar! I got mine protein style (wrapped in lettuce), changed my cheese to pepper jack, added jalapeños, kept the tomatoes, then doubled the my meat. I was given sauce on the side, but I ate the whole dang thing before I even thought about it. I literally took two bites then stopped to tell them how good it was and that they did an amazing job. Maybe I was just really hungry, but, man, it was some good meat!
Also, cool side note is they have a dog friendly patio with a water dish. Don’t have a dog, but I think it shows a kind heart when businesses do that.“

“during the snow storm I saw this dairy Queen open, with a line past and around the fred fish for like four hours straight and they knocked it all out every customer , them workers deserve a bonus of some sort ,they could of been home , with there families but chose to to be at work and provide a hot meal to ad many as possible“

“I was so impressed with the drive-through service at Freddy’s today! The car in front of me had never been to a Freddy’s before, and I listened as Skye patiently explained the menu options to them and answered all their questions as if she held stock in this place. It was truly lovely to witness such service at a fast food joint, and when I asked to speak with her manager (Bree) she was just as gracious. Here’s hoping Freddy’s (and their stockholders) appreciate and reward their hardworking staff!“

“First time my wife and I tried A&W/Long John Silver's. As fast food restaurant's go, we were surprised with the quality of the food. My wife got a burger (which i tried) and I got the fish, chicken, shrimp platter. The burger was okay, but the fish, chicken, shrimp platter was surprisingly good. My wife got the root beer freeze and I got the root beer float. Both were good, but I think I like the freeze a little more; you get the creaminess of the ice cream throughout the drink.
Got nothing bad to say about the service. We took the drive-through. The employee was nice and we didn't have to wait long for our food.
I think this will be our new go-to fast food place.“

“I haven’t been vegan or vegetarian in years, but I still like this place. The buffalo wrap is probably the best and most filling wrap I have ever eaten. I skipped dinner tonight because I was still not hungry 7 hours after eating lunch. I wish they still had the crunch wrap, as I never got to try it.
The burgers are pretty good. The side salad is so yummy, and the fries and tater tots are crispy. I wish they had free mustard, not just ketchup. Also, it looks like they got rid of the Tuesday student special. Please bring it back!
I hope they don’t close like they did the New Braunfels location!!
