“Church’s is my favorite chicken place. I love the spicy chicken the best. Sometimes it’s a little inconsistent and not very spicy at all to my taste at this location. But, overall the staff has always been pleasant. Today, however, one staff member was way more than pleasant. So much that I asked his name so I could tell others. Jose Batista took my order at the drive through. He was super personable and professional. That’s not a combined trait I see a lot. At the window he continued that trend with a bright and friendly smile. When I told him how much I appreciated his style he said it’s because he wants happy customers who come back. And this guy isn’t even a manager. But he should be. Thank you, Jose. Customer service is dying in so many industries, but you exemplify it in the purest form. Please, someone in this store let corporate know about Mr. Batista. He could give lessons to the entire service industry.“
