“We visited on 1/11/25 while visiting family. The coffee machine was down so Jackie asked if there was anything else she could get us. Substituted a soft pretzel. Had ordered a medium unsweetened tea. Let them know it was wrong. Brought us back a large unsweetened tea. We were not upset that the order was wrong just brought it to their attention. Both times they corrected the issue graciously without us asking for anything. This is our opinion of great customer service. We appreciate your Castorville Sonic.
