“First time coming to Mariscos El General. Food was delicious, the black salsa was AMAZING. I ordered a cántarito and my boyfriend ordered a michelada they were so worth it. Our waiter Dylan took great care of us. Definitely will be coming back. We live in Katy and it was worth the drive. They also have live music and it was super enjoyable. Thank you Dylan and mariscos general.“

“We came the first week of April (our first time there and we were visiting family in Texas), and I never had crawfish until my sister ordered 3lbs of mild lemon pepper crawfish and OMG THEY WERE SOOOOO DELICIOUS. I wish you guys can expand your business here in North Carolina because they would see my face every pay day. The environment and waiter was AMAZINGGGGG. When I come back to Texas, I will be coming back to the restaurant“

The po’ boy was loaded with plump, seasoned shrimp nestled in fresh, lightly toasted bread with just the right amount of dressing. The fried catfish was crisp on the outside, tender and flaky inside, with no hint of greasiness. The fried shrimp had the perfect crunch, juicy center, and a flavor that kept me reaching for more. I tried the large fried shrimp, fried scallops, fried squid, hushpuppies and fries. They were ALL delicious!
I was really surprised at how good their crinkle fries were! Their corn/Jalapeno hushpuppies had a great flavor as well.
Highly recommend this spot for some good seafood and Cajun delights. 💯“

“Yesterday was our first time dining at Main 101. We've been wanting to go for a couple of years, yes years! We are so glad we did. The food was phenomenal & service was great. My only suggestion is to change the decor in the restaurant. The way the food tastes, this deserves to look like a fine dining restaurant. We will be back. *Shrimp scampi is stuff dreams are made of. 😋“

“Fantastic. We had the combo plate (fried chicken, catfish fillet, and shrimp), crawfish fried rice, shrimp and chicken gumbo, blackened shrimp and fish with boudain balls and fries. Spent $70 to feed three people.
Everything was so well seasoned. It was clean, too. We will come here again.“

Parking: They have a fairly large parking lot but it was very busy and the lot stayed near full capacity. In my opinion that just means it is a popular place.“

“Seafood was cooked to perfection was very fresh and flavorful, crawfish was nice size, decent prices and it's BYOB. Had garlic butter mild flavor. Mild was spicy but next time, I want to try the actual spicy flavor. I enjoyed my meal and will return.“
