“Decided to order inside because the drive thru line was long. I was the only customer inside and although I was able to place my order immediately, the time I waited for my order was just as long as waiting in the drive thru! I'm not sure if it's possible to call in an order, like Dairy Queen but I might try next time.“

“This location as many others are fast friendly and clean. The drive thru entrance is a round about situation, literally jave to go around the building then can get into another round about for drive thru, they made good use of the small land they have. Still great customer service, my fries were a bit on the crunchy side and saltier than normal still ate um up!“

The one on Randolph AFB generally does a very good job, and they stay very busy during the lunch rush hour. i know there are issues with running out of food that people complain about, which is reasonable, but i understand that some items are popular than most and i think it’s quality meat.

i will say that customer service could be improved a bit. i won’t name anyone but there is a partner there that has a bit of an attitude and isn’t kind to new customers.

i like that there’s a big area to eat with fountain drinks. it’s a nice space for some good and affordable food!“
