“I truly cannot express how much I love it here. I have always ordered birthday donuts from my kids here - but recently started going on weekend mornings with my kids as a special treat every so often. The staff is so incredibly kind and personable, and my children love coming here. Donuts are always great and so inexpensive.“

“They had just closed when I arrived but she was gracious enough to open for me. I had a surprise bag full of goodies from blueberry sour dough donuts, kolaches, even a delish ham, egg, & cheese kolache. Kinda hidden but worth the drive ❤️“

“While Shipley is a chain, this location is superior. I live in New Braunfels while my boyfriend lives in San Antonio. Saturday mornings we like to get donuts and have gone to multiple Shipley locations. The donuts here are so fresh (unsure if they cook them throughout the day or what) and have more custard filling in the Boston cream etc donuts (my favorite part). Idk this location just seems to care about providing the best products and service to Shipley customers.“

“This is a cash only establishment but it's good food, good people, and a fair price which makes it a good value. It's called Royal Donuts but there are so many other things that I enjoy from here. Breakfast sandwiches, Kolaches, Apple fritters which always sell out early, cinnamon rolls and cinnamon twists, jelly donuts that they stuff when you order them. And oh yeah, they have donuts, and they're good too. They're closed on Mondays. There are a few tables inside, or you can walk in and get it to go, or use the drive thru.“
“I actually go to the bakery on this building. I'm picky when it comes to doughnuts and "kolaches" . When I feel like having a glazed doughnut, doughnut holes, and/or kolaches I choose her place everytime. Located between the dentist and dominoes. If you don't feel like walking into the bakery she has a drive thru in the back of the building. She is very nice, attentive, and her place is always clean. Go by and try it out for yourself,you won't regret it.“

“Super Donuts does an amazing job making yummy tasting donuts and breakfast items. If you ever need to add a really nice tasting doughnut to your morning coffee, tea, or OJ start...blam. Super Donut has you covered. I only went down 1 star cuz...it is a doughnut and I am aware that a piece of fruit is healthier....Lol.“

“The nice thing about Shipley’s is you know what you’re getting every time and it’s pretty good overall. The bad thing about Shipley’s is you can never predict how long the drive thru will take. I find it’s almost always faster to park my car and walk inside to get what I want versus sitting in the drive through…
Just a heads up- they will verbally ask you what you want to tip as you’re rushing trying to quickly leave after sitting in the long line for 15+ minutes without anyone acknowledging the long wait.“

“We came on spring break for a quick bite to start our day and we received this absolute best customer service we have ever had at a donut shop. Very friendly, courteous cashier/wait staff. She was very patient with us even with a line behind us. Donuts were great. Would come again when passing thru!“

And the prices are extremely reasonable.
The donuts are also always fresh,and you get free munchkin donuts if you buy a certain amount of the regulars.
