“I’ve lived in Texas all my life, so I’ve had a lot of barbecue. I can confidently say that Coronado’s has some of the BEST barbecue I’ve ever had! We got the ribs, pulled pork, and creamed corn, and they were all amazing. The dessert is also 10/10!! The two owners are also incredibly kind!! If you are looking to get BBQ in the New Braunfels area, definitely check this place out!“
“Best Tacos I have had so far. Taco ingredients taste so fresh. And the price is perfect for what you get. Of course we got there Birria tacos, and yes they were amazing. I only wish they had a rewards program because I’d be their number one redeemer! lol go try this place you will definitely not be disappointed. Thank you Rendell and will be back again for dinner. Ben“
“I happened to be in town and visited this location. Located conveniently right off the freeway. Food was really great; I ordered a Birria torta. Service was friendly and food prepared fast. Portion sizes were generous and filling, and food tasted great! I'm not from the area, but I would definitely come back next opportunity.“
“Couldn't wait to snap a picture because it looked so good, but half way through I knew I needed to take one for a review because WOW. I've tried many Açaí/Pitaya bowls and nothing compares to this one. I've come here 3 times now and they never miss. Amazing. Incredible. Will be back.“
“I tried the chicken wrap it was delicious the owner was a very pleasant man and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that I enjoyed my meal I won't go into details as to how I got my meal, but let's just say that he was truly kind and very generous with the way the food was prepared definitely a place I will visit for my next meal stop especially being that this was a food truck variety meal but I tell you it was delicious.“
“First impressions are they open 20 minutes late so you know it's bomb food. 30 seconds to order asada mini tacos with charro beans x2 total $18. Ambiance was mosquito's so sit in the car but worth it because the tacos were amazing“
“1st .. Sauce’s has the best gumbo in the area, hands down &I’ve spent years living on the gulf coast. 2nd what I love most about Sauces Southern Kitchen is…. their consistency. The portion size and quality of the food is always the same GREATNESS ..,Which is really impressive for small businesses owners (I’m assuming) I really can’t say enough good things . I rarely leave reviews but they deserve recognition.“
“Great food truck. Ordered an asada quesadilla and tacos de cabeza, pastor and asada. Tacos were great. The quesadilla was stuffed with meat BUT imo it needed to be a bit crispier (it was like a big asada taco with cheese). I decided to save it for when I got home so I could reheat it with a bit of butter. The red sauce was spicy . We had two aguas de Jamaica which were huge, but a bit too sweet. I bought an ice cup at Buc-ee's and that mellowed out the taste. The price was good for the amount of food. The service was friendly.“
“Loved dinner at Fred’s! Here on a business trip & after driving by Fred’s every day we decided to check it out on our last night & wow, definitely worth a visit. I had a two meat platter (brisket & pulled pork) with green beans & Mac & cheese & everything was delicious. Fred was awesome with food customer service & sitting at a picnic table in the warm Texas sunshine with a hot plate & cold Coke was the best. Picture attached was after I started eating; it all smelled so good I jumped in before taking a picture- portions are large & generous.“
“Very friendly, great service and the best part the food is delicious ?.I had the mini tacos callejeros with the green salsa, lime juice and pieces of the jalapeño. I highly recommend you eat the jalapeño with the taquitos. I had an horchata, also very good.I would definitely go back.“
“This place is a gem. We live in Seguin and it's a much shorter drive than having to go all the way into San Antonio. Everything was tasty but we're very glad we thought to ask "what's the one thing we can't miss?" Because that thing is the kimchi fries! It's not an obvious choice/combo but it's absolutely delicious! Got drinks inside the permanent bar and they were cheap and tasty. We will definitely be making this place a regular stop!“
“Wednesday night, cooler weather in March, moderate crowd, family friendly. The bar stools were all filled, but the single bar tender managed very well. There is a lot of seating throughout the inner building and exterior. There were at least 5 food trucks open, which is a lot more than other places we've been on a weeknight. The food at the "sisters tacos and more" food truck was extremely good. We had the corn in the cup and birria quesadilla, it wasn't the best I ever had, but they did not skimp on the birria! The only thing keeping me from 4 stars is the liquor selection could have been larger. They had the basics and had decent cheap specialty drinks but could expand on liquor flavors and selections. I'd 100% recommend this spot and will be back!“
“Super nice operator and the best taco truck in the area. Rarely do you get avocado included, limes that are actually juicy, both onions, just overall great tacos. Haven't got the other items yet but I've had tacos probably a dozen times in the past couple months.“
“¡MUY RICO! Everything is so authentic and full of flavor. The Lechon here is mouth watering. I've never been a fan of Yucca UNTIL I tried it from here ??️ The prices are fair, the wait is short and the service is friendly. They give you enough food to feed 2 people in one plate. It's so delicious I can't stop eating, even when I'm full ? this is my FAVORITE spot to get Puerto Rican food in Texas ?? I'm so grateful we found this hidden gem ❤️ thank you for the great service and amazing food!!!! We pray you all stay open and prosper ? Buen Provecho!!!!!!!!“
“The small town of Bracken TX & its places of business has character & characters. When the Bracken Cafe relocated to Retama Race Track, the Bracken Store & Ice House opened its doors at this address. The new business appealed to people who enjoyed good food (Food truck) expanded dining to outdoors, added a convenient store & live entertainment. What brought me back today at 0100pm was a fund raiser for Earl Rhodes. A BBQ, bake sale, & an auction of very nice donated items. Earl is a friend of LeAn Watson Butler whom I have known from workouts & socials at the old Spectrum gym. It is a good worthy cause. Think anyone going to the ice house, to eat or be entertained would feel very comfortable doing so. Everyone I met from LeAn's group or the store were super friendly & engaging.“
“Parking may be a bit challenging at Calle Caribe Food Truck, but trust me, it's worth the effort! Once you've found a spot, prepare your taste buds for a culinary adventure. Their Mini Alcapurrias and empanadas are a must-try, bursting with authentic flavors. And when it comes to their special dishes like Chicharrones de Pollo and Mofongo, you won't be disappointed. The staff are always friendly and accommodating, making every visit enjoyable.Parking: Parking can be tricky“
“We were on a mini working vacation and by chance we stopped at this bar. Dani was the mixologist who made amazing drinks and super friendly. I have traveled alot of places around the country but by far best mixologist I have ever had you must stop and see her if you around that area of Texas thanks for the great service ??“
