“We celebrated our daughter’s birthday with a big party of 25 people. Yannis was the only server and he was fantastic! Very quick service, hot food, drinks stayed filled, and he was very organized! He really went above for us tonight when I asked about them doing anything for birthdays, he let me know they don’t do that anymore, but that he would love to sing for her. He gave her a huge shout out at the restaurant and had our whole section singing- and brought her a delicious tres leches slice! We will definitely be back to specifically sit in his section!“

“This place is Great!! I got a spinach and kale salad, with butternut squash, roasted broccoli, roasted Brussel sprouts, Parmesan cheese, and grilled chicken with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing and WOW that was good! I met briefly with the owner and she was so sweet.🥹

“I went to the Salata in Charlotte bc in Columbia,SC we don’t have one. The workers were so friendly and helpful. My salad was so nicely made and all the ingredients were fresh. They give you plenty for your money. I took my food all the way back home to Columbia,SC to eat and I enjoyed every bite. I did add so more of my mixed cheese bc I just love cheese. I hope they bring one to Columbia SC and bring Charlotte Workers bc SC workers would mess their business up.“

“I have to figure out how they make their fried rice. This place has the best fried rice I ever had.

As far as the experience, it's a solid experience. They have great theatrics with the servers.

But man, that fried rice..

I do also like the steak with mushrooms it pairs great with anything they have.

Yeah so about that fried rice, chicken or beef. Don't matter. You can get it without meat and it will still probably be the best fried rice you have had.

If you don't like fish or crab, make sure you ask for them not to put it on your salad when your salad comes out. That always catches us by surprise. If you love fish and crab, enjoy the salad!

But after that salad you really have to try that fried rice.“

“I placed an order through the app on September 22, 2026, for the drive-thru at this Dickinson location on FM 646. The process was incredibly fast and streamlined. They had staff stationed outside ahead of the speaker box to take orders, which kept the line moving perfectly and meant I spent barely any time waiting.

​The customer service was fantastic, especially at the pickup window. The lady handing out the food was genuinely friendly and took the time to use my name, Michael. Instead of just treating it like another order number, she made the quick interaction feel personal and welcoming.

​My food was exactly right, consisting of a 12-count nugget, waffle fries, a chicken sandwich, and a small bottle of Chick-fil-A sauce. I ended up paying just $3.25 total because I cashed in a free sandwich from a recent survey and used my rewards points for the nuggets and fries. My daughter absolutely loved her meal. “It’s been a couple years since I’ve been to a Panera so I went with a friend. Rashida was our cashier; she was very sweet and had great suggestions. She also helped me navigate the app/ coupon that I had. My friend and I got the spicy steak asiago bagel stack (I LOVE the salsa verde that’s in it) and a cinnamon bun. Rashida later helped me find the microwave and suggested how long to warm it up. I genuinely look forward to seeing her again! The atmosphere of this location on a Friday evening was quiet and not really busy. Location is close to the highway. Outside area was clean. Inside was clean for the most part.

My only complaint is that the floor was sticky and the young lady that brought us our food wasn’t really… happy to be there lol.“
