“Probably the best classic hamburger I’ve had on the island!“
“Ate there for the 1st time today. Got the fried chicken sandwich and fries. It was really good and it was actually a whole breast. I will be eating there again and probably really soon. Gonna try the catfish next. DJ and the lady employee (didn't get her name) were very nice. They gave us a sample of his "special" beans. Highly recommend.“

“We stopped at Chick-fil-A in Galveston during Memorial Day weekend and even though the line was long, they moved everything pretty quickly and got our order completely right. There was a good amount of parking and I really liked that they had both indoor and outdoor seating with a nice view of the beach, which made it feel more relaxing and enjoyable than a normal fast food stop.
My go to is always the chicken sandwich with tea and mac & cheese so good every time. The weather was sunny and beautiful, and honestly the whole experience was entertaining because we even watched a hilarious bird fight between the pigeons and seagulls outside while eating. Definitely gave us a true Galveston beach experience 😂
A couple tips: if you go on a holiday weekend, expect a line but it moves fast, and if the weather is nice definitely grab outside seating for the beach view and atmosphere. Also, parking near the entrance makes it super convenient if you’re traveling with family or kids. Would definitely stop here again!“

“This was our first time here and it was soooo good! I am very picky when it comes to sushi so I was apprehensive to try but wow was I surprised at how fresh tasting this sushi was. We ordered the spicy tuna roll, spicy salmon roll, red dragon roll and the akuma roll and all were 5 stars. The service was fast and our server was great, I believe her name was Mey. I highly recommend Edo-Japan. The prices were very fair as well, we ordered an app, 4 sushi rolls(2 hand rolls, 2 specialty rolls), 2 large sake and a beer and the total was right at $75 so overall it was a great experience. This is now one of my top restaurants for Texas City.“
