Despite having a limited menu, this place is tremendously popular. It's so crowded everyone is on top of each other. Not exactly the cleanest tables. We unfolded Napkins to use as placemats. The kid who took our order gave exemplary service
Their grill wasn’t working today so my family couldn’t get chicken. See a normal family would just be able to get the fried chicken but we’re gluten free. And cannot eat the fried chicken. So we were left to just eat fries, which we did. Because we were hungry. If your grill doesn’t work then you lose half your menu. Now I suppose it normally works and when it does I believe this place is well. I’m just hungry.

The Chick-fil-A establishment on the beach offers the same great food and service as other locations. Customers have praised the friendly and engaging staff, including Ozlem, who is always smiling. The manager, Jessica, has also gone above and beyond to accommodate customer requests, such as ensuring a 3-year-old granddaughter could enjoy a Dipping Dots treat. While the restaurant does not offer kids meals or special food items like wraps or the new pretzel bun meal, the regular menu items are consistently good. The limited seating and parking may be a consideration, but the addition of a pretzel and Dipping Dots stand adds to the overall experience.
