Thank you for supporting your customers when mistakes happen.The young lady seemed new and timid, unsure of herself as if her first job. I was trying to be delicate with her as customers, and new jobs can be intimidating at times. But the quick response of the Owner told me this is a 1st class establishment and if in town again, I will remember this restaurant.I do recommend eating at Schlotzsky's at this location. My only recommendation would be to lay the meat evenly on the sandwich. Don't clump a wad in the middle, eating large portions of raw bun on the perimeter of half the bun. And since I am saying this, and Owner seems diligent and supportive on other issues, I am sure he will fix this issue too.
