“This place is fantastic! I've been a number of times & the service is always friendly & efficient. Food tried has included the Veggie Omelet, California Benedict (could use a bit more crumbled bacon), Bagel & Lox, Cinnamon Roll French Toast, & Turkey Avocado Wrap. All delicious! Pancakes & waffles come with drizzled cream cheese icing. Wasn't sure about this, but was So good! Servings are very generous. Definitely going back again!“

“We happened to visit the Colleyville location two days in a row and the food and service are wonderful. My husband got the fried jalapeño burger and was impressed how well it was cooked. We had nachos, chicken strips and a classic burger and everything was accurate and tasty. The second day we were there at dinner and the kitchen was a little slow. The power went out and the staff remained calm and checked on everyone. We always love Snuffer’s!“

The chili was absolutely fantastic—rich, flavorful, and perfectly spiced. The ambiance and vibe were warm, lively, and family-friendly. Our kids had a great time, and my husband and I were truly impressed. Nancy, our waitress was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. There was an additional anniversary gift on the table when we were seated. Monte and several managers made their way to our table through out the night to wish us well. Juan Perez was an impeccable server! He was very timely, anticipated our needs at each course, and was perfect with wine service. The food was outstanding ! “Welcome home. If I could title my review, that would be it. From the moment I stepped through the door, the (cute!) young man behind the counter made me feel like he had been waiting for me all day. I have anxiety, but it melted away with his charm. The mac and cheese wasn’t ready when I got there, so I was given two choices: they’d replace it with any side, or I could wait and they would make it fresh. Who doesn’t like fresh food? I was entertained while I waited, and the time flew by. Food was hot and fresh. Service was above and beyond. It was my first time in Grand Prairie, but I hope to be back ASAP — only partially for the eye candy!“

“I visited this restaurant late at night and was immediately greeted upon arrival. I was given the freedom to choose my own seat, which was nice. The location is convenient, and the restaurant appeared to be clean.
However, the service was a bit lacking. While the waiter was very friendly, he didn’t check on us regularly, so we had to ask for anything we needed. It seemed like they might have been short-staffed at the time, which could explain the slow service.

Overall, it was a decent experience, but improved attentiveness from the staff would have made it even better. I will most likely return.“

“We LOVE Dix Cafe and is our favorite in the metroplex. We've gone to many brunch spots but the flavors here are amazing and the decor is lovely. The Greek Omellete is our favorite and I am not even an omellete person! The blueberry pancakes have the perfect outer crispness while being soft and fluffy inside. The waffles are also excellent. I've had the eggs benedict and it is also great. The maple butter syrup is to die for! You truly can't go wrong with any of the food here. My only wish is that they had healthier ketchup that doesn't contain high fructose corn syrup but that's what most places have. Go here, you won't regret it!“

“Chapps Burgers had been on my radar for a while 'cause a few friends kept raving about it—so finally took the fam and gave it a shot. Gotta say, it did not disappoint. We all went with burgers even though I was seriously eyeing their cheese steak sandwich (next time for sure). The burgers were super juicy, cooked just right, and packed with flavor. You can really tell they use quality beef.

The toppings were fresh, buns were soft but held up, and the portions? Pretty generous. My kids were quiet the whole time, just busy eating—which honestly says a lot 😂. Service was friendly too, and the place had this chill, laid-back vibe that made it feel comfy and casual.

Only thing I’m kinda kicking myself about is not trying that cheese steak sandwich. I'm a bit of a cheesesteak snob, so next visit, that's gonna be the move. If it's anything like the burger, I’ve got high hopes.

“I've been here many times. Great non-traditional tacos. Love that it promotes independence in he food options, the atmosphere, and the staff.

Vegetarian options: I don't remember seeing a vegetarian menu, but I am pretty sure they have one. I did just check the app and they had two cauliflower based tacos on the secret menu, but I feel like they would have them on the board menu. Although the app doesn't list a Veg menu, so not really sure without someone specifically asking the staff or checking the board themselves.

Kid-friendliness: It's a cool place for kids. No play areas or anything, but good food options for them to explore their taste buds a bit.“

“I was greatly surprised by the food and the drinks. Late Tuesday evening because American Airlines cancelled our flight. We booked a room at the Hyatt quickly. We came to the Aces bar with low expectations and the service was quick and kind. Everything was clean. Several people around. Tortilla soup was delish, wings as well, waffle fries were fresh and yummy. The makers mark with passion fruit was a hit! Try it.“
